great location, good amenities, great apartment good view

Representative was very cooperative and friendly to make us comfortable in our stay. Room sizes were good with all facilities in kitchen.. Swimming pool facility was great.

Nothing is specific except the master Bedroom lighting control was not performing as expected

Just a very honest review, The service, the treatment and the attitude of the team is so bad and i am going to share my experience: 1- Very late Checkin 5:30 PM and we were at the location waiting since 2 pm .. 2- Very Early checkout 12:00 PM ( stressing since day one of the Check whether calls or msgs about the checkout time to be at 12 3- Taking too much time to get my deposit back( claiming stuff are missing without any pics or proofs .. trying their luck to take anything from the deposit) 4- Cheating in the price compared to any online booking webistes 5- The team working there (Saleh and martin) are not honest with us in all the above mentioned 6- They made me miss meetings because of the poor system they are using. 7- They offered a complimentary cleaning service during the stay and when i am calling no one is picking the phone to come and clean and at the end i didn’t get the service. So at the end i am not advising anyone to book there.
