disgrace of a stay and the owners and their elderly parents who are the cleaners not been cleaned in years no apologies and had to leave early, also they watch the cameras and accuse you of faking a health condition relating to me using stairs, always lurking around peering through windows. filthy place don’t mix with it flush it down the plug hole!!!! lots of hairs dust pee smells in bathroom, uncomfortable from start to finish, just book somehwre else whatever u do ! others deserve ur money more than here.

The property was in an ideal location for us as we were able to walk to the Principality Stadium. It was very quiet and although we didn't have any heating on - was lovely and warm.

The shower had 2 settings - scorching hot or very very scorching hot. We had trouble getting into the property as the code for the lock box didn't work and had to ring the host who helped out and gave us another code which was fine.

No mattress covers on beds, mattress were stained so it did not feel very nice sleeping on the beds. Sheets and quilt covers were old and very thin and bobbly. Shower door was very dirty, mouldy in the edges. Door handles felt dirty and sticky to touch. The bed in one bedroom was positioned so that the light could not be turned off while in bed even though there is a switch designed for just this situation on the other wall. No instructions in the property about how to work the heating. No useful information in the property such as a city map, nearest shop and bus stop etc.

The bed was a little hard for me but I asked the staff for extra blankets and that really helped The staff were so helpful

Perfect location for walking access to the University and the City Centre. The parking space provided was really useful and completely removed the stress of parking the car in a city centre.

I would have liked a potato peeler, oven gloves and heat resistant mats in the kitchen. Also the bathroom door and the shower door had a tendancy to jam, but we managed.

Bedroom light bulb not working.

Great space for friends to stay and good communication throughout booking process. Really good location and lovely to have been left a small bottle of welcome wine.

Really uncomfortable beds that meant an awful nights sleep. Only stayed on night so not a huge issue but would probably stop me coming back unless they were changed.

The location was a top notch.. the service was good as we stayed at the apartment at the warmest times so had to ask the owners to provide any fans or aircon which they did. Overall it was a nice stay.

The bathroom door handle needs to be fixed .

Great location to Cardiff and brill parking. Nice and spacious with a lovely garden. The chinese on the end of the street was also lovely. Would stay again if in the area, was a great price compared to others.

There was black mould on the windowcill we had to clean due to parent having COPD. Also a couple of mouldy glasses. Lamps would have been great and maybe fans as it was very hot.

There was a slight mix up with flat on arrival as I accidentally had been given the flat that still needed cleaning. The landlord was very quick to rectify though so happy with customer service.
