The location. The breakfast. Ms Margarita who served us breakfast.
Coming from an Asian country, drinking water from the bathroom tap was difficult. On requesting water from the kitchen tap, the staff was very rude and refused to give water.

We did not get any breakfast. But the room was very spacious and had all the things that one would require. Perfect for a weekend stay. The restaurant is below and serves good food. There is a bar as well with a wide variety of cocktails and drinks to choose from
The bus station is an 8-10 min walk. You can get lost in between if you take a wrong turn. The city and lakes are 30-40 min bus ride away.

We liked the room and comfort of the bed. Breakfast in the morning was very good.. Staff were very friendly. Nice parking for our vehicle.

staffs. service. breakfast was included in booking but when we went for breakfast restaurant was closed that day.

The breakfast was nice and the beds were comfy. Liked the big balkony.
The drain in the shower didn’t work. Three lamps were broken.
Everything smelld like cigarettsmoke.
No staff iat the reception.

Dinner - Greek food 🍱
Loud at night / lot of noise from restaurants/ guests / kitchen workers at first floor at room number 2 - not recommend for the families & with small kids .

It's better to very clarify that the room assigned is to the 4th floor and they have not an elevator.

Had the whole floor for ourselves with very good views all round from all rooms.
Put ‘ Do Not disturb ‘ sign on door handle when left for day trip, which was completely ignored by cleaning personnel - what the point in telling / showing people that someone wants some privacy ,,!!!!! .....?..?
