Bottle of alcohol left in the room from previous guests. Wellness was closed, only found out upon arrival.

A nice modern hotel with private parking space. Location is good, because it is a short walk to tram station if you want to visit Krakow old town. Staff is very professional. We stayed at the hotel on Saturday and it was a wedding in the hotel restaurant, but it was over around midnight so it was not that disturbing.

Hotel guests have to pay for spa.

Nice and quiet location, but a little bit far away to the city centre. Nice stuff, decent room, nice free access sauna, free parking in the front of the hotel, delicious and varied breakfast.

The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is within easy reach. Parking there is free and protected. Breakfast and dinner was fine.

We went to enjoy the sauna possibility for 2 evenings. The first occasion went well, everything was prepared for us in the Spa area. But during the second time, the assistant seemed a bit anxious that we dared to come (despite we booked our sauna time in advance) and nothing was prepared (e.g. No water in the bucket in the sauna) and she also took away the 1 bottle of water (for 2 people) half time…. Plus during our stay, there were some guests Who were partying in their room, Watching tv and talking So loud that their voice kept our kids wide awake.

excellent location for a night stop-over. very close to the highway and just 10 min car drive from central Krakow great hotel in a very calm and peaceful neighborhood. very nice garden. spacious free parking lot. nice room with super cozy bed and pillows. rich and tasty breakfast. good quality internet coming back in three weeks😊

There is no elevator in this hotel. You should carry your suitcases yourself (no elevator).

Really nice location, close to buses and trams. It's located in a park, so it's full of nature around, awesome to enjoy a morning coffee in the park. The breakfast was amazing, good food and good variety every morning. The room was clean and spacious, it was just perfect for our travel needs. The staff were very kind and gladly answered any questions we had. And their Farmona cosmetics are really good, and they sell them in the hotel if you wish to purchase. Another big plus for us was that they have their own parking in the yard. Really convenient to have a place to leave the car when visiting the city.

The pillows were a bit to soft for my liking, but that's not something really bad, maybe some people enjoy them like that. Also, the walls were quite thin, we could hear people talking in the other rooms, but it wasn't something that was bothersome.
