Perfect spot right by the airport. Stayed here after arrival on a night flight. Got a pickup from the airport, which was a nice extra bonus. It's simple, it's clean. It's not a fancy hotel but for $25/night, it was more than I expected. Room was cute with fun wall decor. Even had a balcony, and a living room. They even provided amenities. Shampoo, soap and even a toothbrush and paste and a shaving kit. Ride from the airport was another $5. Totally worth it. Even included breakfast. I had fresh masala dosa and idli. Staff was super sweet and helpful. I'll be back for another night before I depart.

Great bed, super thick and comfy mattress. Nice location, easy to reach the airport. Very friendly staff. Large rooms with balcony, kitchen, and living areas. It is our go-to place when flying out of Kochi.

There isn’t much hot water and the bathroom is on the smaller size - as the shower is Indian style, everything gets wet. This is not a problem for us, however, it may be for others.

Staff was good.

May be there were all things mentioned in the description, but not according to our expectations and as a traveller from Europe. Blinking lights, No toilet paper and pillows were smelling bad.

Good friendly welcome. Room was a suite with washing up area bedroom , living room bathroom & balcony overcooking the very small garden. Food menus for local restaurants provided & food was delivered quick and reasonably priced considering your next too the airport where let's face it you are a captive customer. I am very very difficult to please but would rate this 5 star but for the fact it's not got a pool or a restaurant. 3 very minor issues advise you to get triple glazing in the bedrooms a must these days , Hdmi cables for modern devices and usb charging plugs in the sockets are now cheap and easily installed in both living room and the bedroom & please do not charge 350 rupees for a trip to the airport that is really a 100 rupee cost. I will be staying again for certain. Oh my rooms name was yara.

Can't fault it at all. Will be back.

The area was quite and away from city life

It is totally away from basic amenities like restaurants, shops and difficult to find even an auto to move around. The TV in the room is of no use. None of the Airtel channels were working.

I visited Kerala on holiday for 2 weeks during which time I visited many other places in Kerala and made direct hotel bookings. However, I checked these hotels on Bookings.com and found that many of the facilities listed on Bookings.com are not available in almost all the hotels I booked in. Also going through the Bookings.com comments I realized 80% are not genuine comments. I feel Bookings.com should not list false details on the sites. Proper verification with the respective hotels on real facilities available is a must. This includes Base9 hotel too.

They are giving you best room facilities in that budget I have never seen in this budget I got such better accommodation. Lovely Room with nice ambiance.
