When I am booked this hotel showing everything is available on this room like Tea/Coffee machine, Internet suffering, Quality of Bed,even we are not received any Soap/shampoo.I am booked the hotel & our check in time is 10am & check out 11am,we are already reached the hotel on 9.45am but we can't receive the room.Hotel manager says we can't enter the room before 12pm.I am already explained the issues what I have faced while check In the hotel....very bad things.

The room was not a well maintained one. Got room that was different from what was shown on the app while booking. Description of the room did not match what I was offered to.Also looks to me quite an expensive one. Overall,not the best of experience that I had

The location is good, but facilities are very bad.
Please clean every day room and improve your wifi and room TV network and AC. Bathroom Guiser not working, Room door broken.

It's terrible experience. Not fit to stay, walls are covered with pan masala peaks, hygiene n cleanliness level was worse, service staffs were ignorant and non-respondant, items were overpriced ( I paid RS 30 for a rs20 water bottle ). In sort the property potentially prone to and can cause risk of hygiene driven disease, if stay.

Property is good but staff is not cooperative i ask for plate they say no sorry and ask for glass they say oke and no one give me glass so service is poor

It's being the worst experience in a hotel , utterly unclean room with cond*m lying in window pannel ,no flush knob staff kept me waiting for one hr before checking also , rude in approach, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
