Hotel showing in room not that like that staff was not supported hotel management team not good with us not prefer any to go this property

No cleaning , ac was damaged, tv bad connection no wifi

Bathroom is very bad

no geyser, no good food, no services

nothing was good except room was good size

When I am booked this hotel showing everything is available on this room like Tea/Coffee machine, Internet suffering, Quality of Bed,even we are not received any Soap/shampoo.I am booked the hotel & our check in time is 10am & check out 11am,we are already reached the hotel on 9.45am but we can't receive the room.Hotel manager says we can't enter the room before 12pm.I am already explained the issues what I have faced while check In the hotel....very bad things.
