there was a person that suddenly entered the room around 12 midnight. we felt that our privacy was violated.

Operating the air conditioning is confusing. No cable TV, limited channel options.

Location is good. Near SM and in the city center.

We thought we have saved some amount by booking online. It turned out it was more expensive to book online and no free breakfast. Unlike for walk in guests they availed much cheaper price, half prize of online booking with free breakfast. We regretted booking online. Lesson learned for us with my colleagues.

Overall, our stay was superb!!!

The room and CR were clean. Great internet connection. Awesome TV, it has Netflix!

There were no tables and chairs inside the room.

Clean and comfortable

I might suggest changing the signages for the room numbers on the green paper to a more clear background.

Accommodating Staffs

We visited here last week with my relatives. They have found the hotel very accommodating especially that the place was near a beautiful park. The people were kind and accommodating. We will gladly go back.
