the noise from the bar etc at night sometimes wakes me up.

great location, room facilities fridge kettle tv. room cleaned each day and offered sufficient water and snacks in fridge.

nothing, most nights were fine however one night, other guest had a dog which had barked at 2am. no fault of property host.

I stayed 4 nights in this room and literally was a very good experience , very clean room with everything you need , perfect location and very polite and helpful both the owners and the staff.

The location of this apartment is absolutely amazing, together with a simple, and confortable room in the very city centre of Rome. Also, you are very close to the underground and a number of busses that will help you to reach any part of the city. In addition to this, in ten minutes walk you are inside Tiburtina station, which is one of the most relevant train hub Rome. The room size was more than adequate, and because you are in the fourth floor, noises from the street will not affect you, even considering you are in a very vibrant and active area of the city, with all sort of shops, bars and restaurants.

This is a good place; so I do not really have much point of improvement as I believe that the price is really matching the quality. Perhaps the shower in my room could be in a better condition, and the breakfast was not great. I can say that the host does not have the typical Italian friendly welcoming stye, although I fully recognise he was decent. -Updates 23/08/2022-. In light of the host (bitter) answer back, I amend my review by apologising to the readers as the breakfast was not included in the first place, so my comment in that regard was incorrect. I don't think I need to exaplain anymore what I mean by Italian style after the host wrote his/her comment to my review.

Easy check in and check out, nice room and you can use metro to go to every place of interest in Rome

it wasn’t ready when I arrive and staff give me one that wasn’t clean, then they reach me to clean the room.

Excellent location in residential area with access to subway, bus and taxi right outside the door. B&B is safe and comfortable. Most Rome attractions within 10 -20 minutes away by subway. Many options for dining in area. Supermarket across the street. Laundry one block away. Owners are wonderful people that were extremely helpful when any assistance was required. Breakfast included fresh pastry, jams, orange juice, water and some of the best cappuccino available. Highly recommended.

Small shower that needs some updating, hot water runs out in a couple of minutes.

Location was good. For breakfast I missed Italian chees.

The key set is very big and it is not comfortable to carry it across Rome.
