I think it was a little overpriced n i book it with breakfast...i was expecting a better breakfast...not the quality of breakfast is low but it felt more like a thaali...

Location is ok. Staff helped me to relocate to a different hotel of The Orion group which was closeby and much better than this one without any cost impact. They also transferred my luggage. Still had to sleep at this place for 2 nights (instead of 7)

Almost everything was not according to expectations. Was my second visit of this hotel after december 2019. I could not recognize anything. The name changed and probably owner too. This hotel needs a heavy refurbishment and actually felt more like sleeping in a construction site than a hotel. Very noisy hotel even at 2 am (drilling and hammering). Construction material stored in the corridor. Humidity marks on walls. Lift out of service. Room service not picking phone. Breakfast opening at 8:30 which is too late for working professional (although in the reception it is written 7:30). Dirty tables at breakfast (had to ask 2 times to have it cleaned properly). Stains and holes on bedsheets. Stinky cupboard. Noisy AC…

The rooms are clean, spacious and neatly done up. The bathroom is comfortably large. Clean linen and towels. Decent breakfast as well.
