Great breakfast Reception staff over and above helpful

The location was very central and easy and near the tourist attractions

Breakfast was good with a variety of food but very odd no cereal bowls had to use large coffee cups!! Reception staff were polite and efficient.

We were informed we had been upgraded but room was small with hardly any clothes storage. For any tourist away for more than a few days 5 hangers and one small drawer not nearly enough space. The restaurant attached Duk was poor didn't have drinks that were on the menu served us one completely wrong meal and had no milk when coffee ordered!

Hotel was conveniently situated and easy to access via metro. It was in comfortable walking distance to everywhere we wanted to be and it was quiet.

The property was great, but the hotel bar only had white wine dated 2018 which was a bit after its sell by date.

It's a nice hotel, not brand new, but the room is fine. The breakfast is good.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, a few steps away from Marques de Pombal Metro Station. The staff on the desk were very friendly. The room was very quiet and the bed extremely comfortable. The staff were very, very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location nice areas to sit in hotel Rooms comfortable though we were looking on to the back yard

noise from the yard around midnight due to bin collection. Breakfast was v busy & not properly catered for items missing & buffet slow to be replenished. But like all hospitality I’m sure staff shortages are a problem
