Helpful staff and good facilities

The finish of the rooms need an update

Food- The food and service at the restaurant was great. Most of the Kerala cuisine was excellent.Special mention to chicken mappas, beef fry, kai kada kari, peas curry, kerala porotta and stew.The desserts especially toffee almond tart was out of the world. Price: Rooms rates are reasonable. House Boat Ride: Was great

Service is really slow and shoddy. Issues: You have to keep giving reminders to the reception for house keeping service. We took the pool villa room: Had to keep calling the reception to switch on the water circulation in the pool multiple times.Don't know why the team kept switching it off. Towels: Had to request reception for extra towels, which we never got.Providing 1 pool towel and 2 bath towels for a pool villa room is being really skimpy. It would have been okay, if the service was prompt. Cleanliness: Definitely can improve. Not at 5 star level currently.

All the Staff was courteous and served well. The Quality of breakfast and dinner was excellent. Reception staff was courteous. Mr Ballyappa and his team includingMr Christofer at F&B location was very courteous and looked after us well

The Initial Room allotted 218 was located where there was excessive outside noise. We were then shifted to Rooms 2 512, 511, 516. The Airconditioning system at Room 512 was not functional, we were then shifted to Room 506, where the AC controller system was non-functional as the temperature control was not functioning. There were too many dirty marks on the bathroom floor which looked ugly. The TV systems are not functional as most of the channels are not subscribed and there are no instructions available on what channels are available and how to operate the TV.

all good, but probably not the in the top 5 of indian leela hotels. in the detail many things not perfect i have a feeling their is a lazy manager. staff is good. location really good.breakfast, excellent room spacious with nice few. but for the price its an 8 some minor mistakes for example i asked on checkout for room service bill but their was none, whilel i had roomservice no big problem but a mistake, molt in bathroom should not be in a five star, empty battery weight scale, tv in room not working, so overall all not perfect but beautifull place

Väldigt vackert läge vid ashtamudi och ett komplex med stor potential att vara ett avslappnande och trevligt hotell

Det här är ett hotell som ger mycket lite värde för pengarna. Hotellet är gammalt och nedgånget och verkar lite bortglömt av ägarna. Personalen är vänlig men bortkommen och oerfaren om än hjälpsam. Alla ytor är slitna och smutsiga. Det luktar konstigt och gammalt, poolområdet är skabbigt och restaurangen är högst medioker. Läget är fantastiskt fint och det hade kunnat vara ett trevligt hotell, men det är rent missvisande att i dagsläget kalla detta för en resort. Daggäster ockuperar det nedgångna poolområdet, bröllopssarrangemang tar området i anspråk på kvällar, baren är övergiven och husbåten har sett bättre dagar. Rummet var rentav ostädat. Mattan hade inte dammsugits och ytorna var knappt rengjorda. Badrummet var ohygieniskt och väggarna så tunna att vi hörde allt våra grannar sa genom väggen. Vi valde att lämna en dag tidigt för att vi vantrivdes så.

We were given rooms without windows There was a window that was all plastered on as it looked into the adjacent property They have built two hotels ruining the experience for both I presume

Dinner buffet --VERY DISAPPOINTING?? Was this the same place Chef Pillai worked his magic? Very poor performance !!

Entrance was under noisy, dusty construction The Restaurant disappointed our 15 member family in a massive scale!!

My jacuzzi leaked water which made my bathroom very watery and messy alot ... that too at mid night ...

Courteous & caring staff in all sections. Special thanks to Ms. Yamuna & Ms. Shamili. Excellent room, neat & clean with all facilities. Good spread in breakfast. Complimentary cruise & high tea was really a good treat.

Courteous staff, beautiful view. Buffet spread was also good enough. Mr soumik & Christopher took care of all our needs in restaurant.manager was helpful in guiding us to local sightseeing.very comfortable and relaxing stay

The thermostat is set at 20 degree and it needs to go down to already 18.
