En la habitación y el baño no hay un solo lugar como cajones, estantes o mesilla donde guardar ropa ni otros objetos de viaje. La habitación es limpia pero muy simple en habitabilidad y decoración.

Bed, linens and pillows were all super comfortable. Room, bathroom and all public space were immaculate. So clean and designed in a fresh and comfortable style.

The rooms were perfect for us. We had 2 rooms and both were stylish in a minimalistic way and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and in particular my children liked what they called the 'marshmallow pillows' which were memory foam pillows. All in all I highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Besalu

The owner was great. so responsive. the bed was comfortable. location perfect.

This is no more than a hostel. There were no staff codes given for entry. Our room backed onto the lift shaft and was very noisy when lift in use. Very basic and overpriced.
This listing needs some adjustment to reflect the accommodation. A standard room in a 4 star Parador was less than 20Euros more.

Easy to reach and to get in with codes, as reception was closed. The room was comfortable.
Noelia has been really nice to us.
The cafetería was closed, as well as ALL restaurants and cafe in town. We haven't been notified and during checkout looked the structure knew it. So, not such a good experience.
We had a ghostly and hungry new year's eve.

- you can use a fridge in the common room
- no personal welcome, all in all it felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel
- breakfast not as shown on the picture here (no smoothie, as listed in their menu, no cereal except cornflakes), for me it was no welcoming atmosphere
- even though nicely furnished rooms, not enough storage, no table

The location is fantastic. Also the room was also very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The room has no wardrobes and the towels are a tad small.

Very, very basic. Very expensive for what we got. Just a room and 1 chair. Not even a glass in the bathroom. Air conditioning was very poor also

It felt homely, the location is perfect.
The breakfast was quite limited. There is no car parking. The reception is only open for a few hours, so you can't leave your luggage.
