Good location, if you want somewhere not too crowded. Hotel has his own beach which was the main reasons we booked.

We were really looking forward to stay in this hotel, booked one night to start as we didn’t know what we are doing next day. Glad we did! Arrived, badly signed where to park or find reception. When arrived and told that we parked on the street, manager (Raymondo) just laughed at us. There was two questions we had when arrived: payment and if we will be having dinner. Nothing about location, hotel information, help or anything else. When he put piece of paper in front of us before heading to the room, I had to ask what is this paper about. Manager answered information about breakfast times and etc for you to read. Anywhere else we stayed, normally receptionist explains this. We been taken to the room, given the keys outside and left to deal and see the room ourselves. Nothing like showing around or if you need anything give us a call... so we didn’t know if there are any restaurants around, and ended up eating at the hotel. Have asked the waiter how much the buffet and how does it work, he said will be back and let us know, never did. Buffet was terrible, steaks were over cooked, raw tomatoes, over cooked pasta... as we were watching sunset went to eat quite late, only had one glass of wine each as it was on timer till 9pm... Breakfast served till 9.30am, but at 9am was nothing left or topped up. At the checkout time we were again given card machine, not a little question if everything was good or how was your stay...Tried to give feedback to the manager that food quality is pretty bad for the price you pay, his answer was, there is nothing wrong it’s just your opinion and walked off. Its just a little feedback for you to improve, don’t need to be rude. If you expect good customer service and good Italian food, avoid this place!
