Most of the staff was pleasent and nice except for the person who received us at reception. She was rude and completely different to the rest of the staff.

I did not like the receptionist who received us when we arrived, completely rude and completely unpleasant. The smell around the entire hotel is absolutely disgusting - it smells like dirty bathroom all over the place, specially around the swimming pool. There is only 1 small working elevator for a 5 story building with over 400 rooms. I went to rest and I understand some people enjoy show night but not everyone likes to hear karaoke night untill 11pm every day. The rooms were the smallest I've stayed at, I go every year and it was a complete disappointment. Bathroom is dark and the shower is a all leak of water. I absolutely hated that since there is no supervision a kid literally pooped in the main pool and around 30 people had to come out without returning for the day (for obvious reasons) as well as people who are breaking the rules, a guy took his own speaker and it took staff about an hour to ask him to shut it off, completely inappropriate. Lastly the beds, a rock would have been more comfy to sleep in... I will never return to this hotel.
