Disgusting sheets that they asked if we wanted changed but didn’t end up changing, door handle was falling off at the beach bungalow, air con didn’t work, window at beach bungalow didn’t close properly and no mosquito nets, let alone safety.

the pool is fabulous and the location right on the beach is perfect.

the beds and pillows were the worst I have ever experienced. the staff do not speak English, the restaurant is not affordable, and the hotel really needs a freshen up.

the property misrepresented the fact that none of their bars were open. the rooms were not clean at all. check in was an absolute debacle. beds and pillows like rocks. staff not very helpful at all. whole place needs refurbishing. manager was extremely dismissive of any requests for help

- location right in front of the beach - pool - rich tasty breakfast - spacious room with the sea view - nice garden

- none of the receptionists speaks English (Vietnam classic) - we had to ask for toilet paper - beach bar was closed

Loved that it is actually right on the beach. Beautiful pool. Adequate breakfast. Nice open common areas and gardens. Pretty decent location.

not great. not value for money

flush didn’t work. beach was not clean. food was very expensive. staffs were pretty inexperienced about handling guests except Kim (sorry if I missed the name) who has helped a lot.

The staffs are very accommodating and the food that they served for breakfast are great! The place is also nice and relaxing.

The shower drain in the bathroom took a lot of time to drain the water whenever we take a bath, the reason why it floods a little bit on the flooring of the bathroom. Please fix this.

The rooms need updating. Our a/c was not working properly and the toilet wouldn’t flush. But they were able to move us into a different room that was much better.

the beachfront and pool is nice and the location also as its in the center. just few minutes from restaurants and the night market. the beach front though is not that clean, we assume they don't clean daily as we requested it to be cleaned from the cig butts and bottles.

We booked for a family room of 4 people capacity but when we arrived they said the room not available as still under repair. They said they will put us in another room which is an upgrade. though How can a room from 4 people capacity to 2 people capacity, from 2 queen bed to 1 single and 1 queen bed, from 30 to 28m2. They kept saying an upgrade but we cant see how is that. yes we agreed as to accept the other room but im not aware that its with the same price. the price of they said "upgrade room" is 25% cheaper than what we booked and paid. they only even provided 2 towels in 1st and 2nd day. we suggested we should pay what we used but well they said already deducted by booking.com and cant just stay there arguing all day. And also, breakfast when we are there is only a choice of vmese noodles or eggs with 2 little banh mi.

Location is very good. Beach is just in front of the hotel and very near to the center of the city, especially access to the night market. The room was clean and comfortable for the stay.

Due to the timing of my stay, during lunar new year and domestic Covid-19 issue just re happened before this period etc. it will not be fair to evaluate my stay. I observed very few hotel staffs and probably temporary staffs who are either too busy to handle guests or not trained to provide services to the guests.

Excellent location, wonderful and clean private beach and daily cleaned pool.. Rather good breakfast spread..

The facilities are not well mantained with minor issues such broken window blinds, low water pressure and poor room keeping service..
