Rooms and facilities were excellent, the staff was attentive and friendly, made you feel very welcome. The spa is wonderful - would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Davos.

The area for catching fresh air in the spa should be marked somehow.

The Spa is not a 5 start hotel and also the rooms don’t have 5 star standards not coffee machine or tea in the room.

Very clean hotel with nice restaurant and bar, perfect breakfast. Comfortable beds, a bit small balcony. Very proffessional and helpful staff all over the hotel.

Booking is blaming on its web page !!! Originally we wanted to stay in Arosa, but no suitable hotel was available so booking offerred Davos hotels and showed that Arosa is only 12km from Davos - yes, but straigth by walk through the mountains ! It took almost two hours to drive from Davos to Arosa - 90km !!! We were very angry with Booking. Wrote claim but without any reply. If everything is OK booking is fine, if there is a problem booking is like a ghost ...
