The Hotel is close to public transport. Local bus to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Train Stations within easy walking distance. Local restaurants very good food and value.

The Ambulances are noisy during the day and at night, but they did not disrupt our sleep.

冷凍庫がちょっと汚かったのと鍵が壊れかけてたのが寝る時に女2人だったので不安だった

フロントの方の対応もとても良く親しみやすくチェックアウトの時にお会い出来なかったのが悲しいと思うくらいでした。 立地もお部屋も夜景も良かったです。 室内も清潔感があり布団もよくぐっすり眠れました。

The location and the facilities are all amazing! A super clean hotel with all the amenities needed, really enjoyed my stay over here :)

Great value hotel, exceptionally clean, spacious (for Tokyo standards), near plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and metro stations. It was always quiet and peaceful. I even slept with my window open to the highway.

I stayed there three times in one month, the wifi was perfect on all of the floors except the 6th floor.

staff were very nice. although there was a language barrier, they were very attentive. close to train station. rooftop terrace was cute. not a lot of tourists like bigger hotels so it’s very cosy.

beds were too hard and uncomfortable. lots of ambulances going past (if you’re sensitive to the noise)

The room entrance is cluttered with big cabinets, little room for walkway. Drinking bottled water replenished is upon request only.

Second time staying here. So I was impressed the first time. Quiet little hotel. Easy to reach. Plenty of food and shopping for food in the area. And the staff were also this time very very helpful with request and questions. Will stay here again.

The room was really spacious, cozy and looks fabulous. There were complimentary water which is uncommon for accommodations in Japan and the bed was big enough to fit 4 people. The elevator was a bit run down, but the room was really fancy and clean!

clean, quiet, helpful staff, rooftop for coffee, sitting and looking at view. Close to public transport and shops/cafes. Easy/fast checkin/ checkout. Fridge, tea/coffee and microwave.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. There was a language barrier, but they never lost patience as we figured out how to communicate. They allowed me to check in very late as I had underestimated my trip from Narita to the hotel. They also set up an additional bed last minute when an additional friend had to join. The hotel is conveniently located while still being in a quieter part of town. I would stay here again. The room is a little "beat up." There were some stains on the carpet and ripped wall paper. However, I appreciate that they didn't decide to immediately rip everything out and install new because it seems more eco friendly. I wouldn't say it was something I didn't like. It was more just not something I expected coming from the US. The room was very clean and the stains didn't make me question that.

It was a little difficult to catch workers at the desk, but it didn't detract from my stay as I contacted them in different methods.
