Die Lage des Hauses ist grandios und der Ausblick auf das Meer unschlagbar. Die Gastgeber, Maria und Dimitris, sind super nett und äußerst hilfsbereit.

Die Beschreibung bei Booking, dass es sich um ein Haus mit 280 m² ("ganze Unterkunft gehört Ihnen") handelt, ist sehr irreführend. Tatsächlich ist nur die untere Etage den Mietern vorbehalten. Die obere Etage wird anscheinend vom Eigentümer genutzt, wenn die Villa nicht vermietet ist. Des Weiteren ist die Klimaanlage nicht in der ganzen Wohnung vorhanden. Nur die beiden Schlafzimmer können klimatisiert werden. Der Pool ist sehr groß, aber mit knapp 2 m Tiefe etwas zu tief, wenn man mit Kindern anreist. Gerade die Bäder (sehr klein) sollten bei Zeiten mal saniert werden. Der vorhandene Fernseher im Wohnzimmer ist sehr klein und das Heimkino (draußen) ist nur nutzbar, wenn es draußen dunkel ist (sonst kann man auf der Leinwand Nichts erkennen).

The villa is well designed and well equipped. We had lovely stay. Maria and Dimitrios are very nice host and helpful. They responded to all our requests quickly. Highly recommended.

The location and privacy of the villa was perfect. The views were amazing and the property was idea. Maria and Dimitris we ideal hosts, very accommodating, and helpful in every way. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time staying at Villa Katherina G. The villa is very comfortable and spaceous and equiped with great internet connectivity. We loved watching movies under the stars using their outdoor cinema. The pool was a really good size. Great cooking facilities, plenty of seating areas, inside and out, and great views out over the sea. The water pressure was very good in the showers, though the shower heads were a bit leaky but this didn't detract at all. The location of the villa was excellent. A nice drive along the beautiful coast line to get to the villa. Easy access to the local beaches and plenty of lovely restaurants within a few minutes drive. An easy drive to Marathon and Athens. There was a small issue with our Booking.com reservation, but Maria and Dimitris were very friendly and helpful hosts, and resolved the issue themselves with no fuss whatsoever. They greeted us upon our arrival, and were happy to show us how all of the facilities worked. They also provided us with some great links and suggestions about things to see and do and the best way to get into Athens. Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday in a superb villa that we would highly recommend.

No complains whatsoever

The hosts were friendly and happy to answer any questions we had e.g the best way to get to Athens using public transport. The views were amazing and we liked the fact that it was really quiet and serene. The villa is well equipped, with a lovely welcome pack of essentials including dishwasher tablets which saved us buying any. We also loved the cinema!

It’s nothing to do with the hosts or the villa but the mosquitoes were a pain. Take an anti mosquito spray for outside in the morning and evening. The hosts provide plug in repellents for the house which worked well.

A lovely house, supremely equipped with all necessary amenities. The views are spectacular, and the location is just about near everything and away from it all. I had no problem communicating with Maria, although not much was needed as the house is a “Smart House” and everything was well planned ahead. I regret having to stay for so little. I can not wait to bring my family with me next time and will enjoy the swimming pool and outdoor cinema at night.

The property was great and I definitely recommend it. Excellent location, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and amazingly equipped. The views are amazing from all terraces and patios. Our days and evenings near the swimming pool left us with unforgettable memories. The owner was very polite and helpful.
