This was my 2nd stay at Monteza and once again it did not disappoint. The staff are very polite and attentive to every need. Although, my first visit did involve quite a long introduction, this time everything was arranged online in advance. The facilities inside the 'Moons' are what you would expect from a luxury hotel and outside the moons there are several things to enjoy- hammock, swing, jacuzzi etc. We opted for the dinner prepared by a member of the team which was delicious. And a full breakfast in the morning. The views are spectacular and if you are fortunate to have a clear night sky then the stars come out and can be clearly seen from the bed. A truly romantic place to spend a memorable occasion. And from a UK travellers point of view the price is amazing.... I think they are planning a similar experience in Cocorra Valley which I will definitely sample.

Absolutely everything.. Where do I start... We were welcomed warmly by the very friendly staff. The location is exceptional, on the edge of a canyon with amazing views. The facilities - bed, bath, toilet etc are of the standard you would expect from a 5star hotel. There were nice little touches such as blue-tooth speaker, camera tripod with remote trigger for you phone and USB charging points. We had opted for the decoration packages which looked great. And also the food with cook. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. It met with all my expectations and more.

There were only a few negatives but very small. It is a bit of the main road (obviously) and so our taxi driver struggled to find it at first. It is worth planning a taxi collection in advance which we had not done, however, the staff were very helpful with this.

amazing place to relax for 1-2 days , only 1 hr away from Bucaramanga , make sure your wake up for a sunrise , it's really worth it , make sure you put on lots of sunblock when you are in jacuzzi as it's very easy to get a sunburn , and get the biggest capsule with the bath inside , price is not much higher but it's a much better option

ideal time away for couples to unwind & relax.

nothing to complain about, but I would suggest the front door is repaired as it was a nuisance & opened 2 times for no fault of our own causing issues, the shower no matter how hard we tried we couldn’t get hot water.

the location is amazing. also the private pool, sauna, fire pit, BBQ and outdoor shower.

Beautiful location and mountains views

All is great, if anything the Wi-Fi signal is pretty bad and there were too many flies, apparently it is seasonal.

Amazing views, great and comfortable spaces. Super friendly personal, everything was clean and well suited. Best glamping ever!
