Todo muy bien. Eramos 3 personas, y decidimos ocupar 2 apartamentos, Cada apartamento es cómodo para 3 personas (cama doble y cama individual). Buena relación calidad-precio.

Está situado en una calle estrecha, pero el acceso es bueno.

the washing machine and the fridge in the room were very handy, the beds were big and comfy. liked the coffee in the lobby too.

there was a balcony but we couldn't use it.

Room is spacious and clean. Come with washing machine in the room... toilet facilities are very good. Location to Toji train station, within 10 to 15 mins walk to Toji station. Bus stop are within 5 to 7 mins walk.

Breakfast place is limited.

Super Comfy beds

We stayed on the top floor, had our own washing machine, the beds were comfortable and there was a coffee machine in the reception.

Little further than I'd like to be from the center of town... It was a good 25 minute walk and there wasn't much around other than small restaurants and convenience stores.

Spacious, clean, friendly

Balconies don’t open in Japan. Generally . Nor do windows. But I got over it.

Nice and comfortable. Kitchen in the room, coffee and tee provided. Nice staff.

- The room was spacious! - Location is not too bad if your adventurous, 10 min walk from Toji station. Rajomon bus stop can take you to arashiyama, inari shrine, etc. - There was a heating room to dry your clothes. Dried all our days clothes in 8 hours after washing. - There were laundry pods and washing machine in the room. - The room was very very clean. Almost spotless. The toilet especially. - Free coffee at the lobby - Room extension per hour is ¥1,000 (until 1pm)

- The wifi was slow - There was a bit of dust here and there but it's ok. - Bed was stiff

Everything was good and I was excited with the laundry machine which was in the bathroom. Also everyone were friendly there.

The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. We also got water and other amenities.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. There were hairs everywhere. Also, it was a bit difficult to reach by trains. Just busses are near.

Great location, great price performance value, great room itself - nice and cleam bath with all necessities and more! Nice staff, great amenities.

The extra bed for the third person was not comfy. I'd recommend the hotel to maybe consider putting a futon on top of the sofa bed. Other than that everything was nice for the price!

kitchen facilities and bathroom were good with washing machine also. Liked my floor with only 2 rooms on it. close to Toji temple which is amazing and a bus ride away into Kyoto town. the bus was easy to take 207. Staff were very helpful. Thank you! They came to the room door to help explain and help with luggage. One ordered me a taxi which was so helpful to leave Kyoto. Nice tea/. coffee machine in reception which is welcoming when returning back to the place. Staff level of English was excellent and very polite. Always cheerful. Would stay again!

Liked it all, but would suggest a reading lamp by the table for a little bit of work and bedside lamps added for convenience, when going to bed and wakening up. All USB extra ports were great.

Bathroom has drying and heating system. After washing your clothes, you can dry it. Very convenience.

Nothing

Room had everything you need for a short or long stay, it came with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom was big it even had a washing machine, internet was really fast and stable. At the reception they have a coffee machine guests could use for free.

The location and distance between the station and the hotel was ok like a 10 minutes walk no big deal here, I like to walk, however there is nothing around the hotel, like convenience stores or restaurants like in most places, there are only a couple of stores around the station so it will be better to prep up before returning to the hotel. This was the only inconvenience I found, the whole experience and treat from the hotel staff was superb.
