We loved the condo for our family of five. The one bedroom condo was a good size for us. We have two young kids and an infant. Our infant slept in the provided crib in our room, and the other two shared the pull out couch. We loved the lanai doors and ate dinner on the deck each night. The pools and slide were amazing, much more extensive than we expected. The only part that was below our expectations was the view from the room. You can see the ocean but you are not looking right at it. Directly in front is an access road, trees, then another building a bit further away. Overall though we highly recommend the place, and we hope to be back.

We loved this property! We have never been to Maui before and Bob put us at ease with his consistent communication. The property had all of the same resort access and we loved the condo lifestyle. It was fully stocked with all amenities you’d need. The view off of the living room was a dream- we loved soaking in this view every morning. The location was also perfect- close to restaurants (walking distance), food trucks, shopping, and a grocery store. It was also right on the beach. Highly recommend!!

The condo was centrally located to everything we wanted to do while visiting Maui. Bob is a great host. He was very helpful and accessible. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved having beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler at our disposal. The resort itself was enjoyable. The pool at Honua Kai was very busy. The parking garage filled up quickly, and it was almost impossible to find a place to park after 8pm. Thanks Bob! Mahalo

We spent our “30” wedding anniversary in Maui and had the best time. Bob is an amazing host. Checks in on you to make sure everything’s OK, but doesn’t bug you. His place is complete with things you will need for stay, very clean, gorgeous ocean view! We can’t wait to go back!

This condo was a perfect destination for the five night Maui portion of our trip to Hawaii! The Honua Kai resort is in a wonderful and convenient location amongst a number of other upscale hotels and condos. The resort appeared to be one of the nicest and had the best outdoor amenities. The pools and grounds were clean and beautiful with lush landscaping and although it was a bit crowded, we never had trouble finding chairs by one of the pools. The beach is beautiful too and the condo has all you need to spend a comfortable day on the beach. I enjoyed morning walks along the boardwalk that extends from the Honua Kai past the other resorts along the ocean. The lobby area is updated and inviting. Bob shared detailed and helpful information before our arrival and remained available if we had any questions or issues during our stay. The condo is exactly as pictured on VRBO - spotlessly clean with plenty of space and beautiful views from the patio and bedroom. The furnishings were very comfortable and in excellent condition. The kitchen was well-stocked and although we chose not to cook during our stay, we really liked having all the conveniences of a full kitchen. It was also very helpful to have the ability to do laundry in the unit. The only inconvenience we experienced was an inability to find a parking space in the underground garage when we returned after the evening out on the island. We were able to park in an outdoor guest parking area without any problem, so this was a minor issue that did not impact our overall happiness with the condo. We had a great time in Maui. We stayed in apartment 346 for 9 nights. The apartment was very clean, good location close to the beach. The owner was very helpful, responsive and accommodating.

We had the best vacation. The condo was clean and updated with everything you need and more. There was plenty of space for our family, 2 adults and 2 young children. Huge bonus for families is the full kitchen, washer & dryer, beach chairs, towels, umbrella and ice chest. The location is great! We loved the beachfront path and went for many morning runs. We look forward to our next stay!

This was an amazing vacation...the best we've had!! The condo was pefect, had all the amenities we needed and some extras!! The concierge was extremely helpful and helped us plan the perfect vacation!! Beach access was incredibly easy amd the view from the condo was awesome!! We highly recommend this property and we look forward to coming back!!

I love that this property was basically a part of a hotel so we got all the amenities of being in a hotel but with more space, ability to cook if we wanted but be able to enjoy the awesome hotel pools and easy beach access. Owner is very responsive and accessible and we had everything we needed. The time was too short as always on Hawaii. Malaho!

Conveniently located property to access activities north and south of you. Resort is very family orientated and easy to get around. The unit itself is clean, up to date and the view of the ocean was adequately represented in the photos.

Great, spacious condo in a perfect location for you and your family! Everything you will need is either onsite, or very close by. Condo is well stocked, and the owner is very friendly and responsive! Staff at location is very helpful and friendly as well! We enjoyed our stay so much, we will definitely be back!

I would highly recommend staying at a property owned by Bob and Linda. It was very nice, clean and had all the amenities one would need while staying there. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here with my two elementary school aged kids and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The condo was great, very comfortable and had everything we needed, the owner was super nice and great e-mail communication. The property was AMAZING. The pool was so fun for the kids, it has waterfalls and a water slide, they loved it. The beach right in front of the resort is beautiful and so nice, we had the best time. The restaurant at the property was fantastic, we ate there for lunch and dinner a few times. And it’s a short 10 minute drive to downtown Lahaina. Really just the perfect location. We are already thinking about our next visit! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!

Clean, easy to work with the management, decent view from the lanai

Our older kids loved the grounds and the pools. It was a great place to start our Maui adventure! The laini/ deck was awesome and we got a slice of the ocean view!

Great location, lovely grounds and roomy 1 bedroom condo with diagonal view of beach from lanai. Even supplies of cooler and baby stroller, pac n play and booster chair we used when granddaughter and family came over!!!

The condo was a very large size for a 1 bedroom and it had everything that we needed or really wanted in there that we wouldn't bring ourselves (beach chairs/umbrella/boogie boards/beach toys). There is a dining table on the lanai, plus another one inside plus three seats at the counter so there's a lot of space to spread out in there.The lanai is great with the ocean view and it has the huge movable doors that basically turn the whole inside space into an outside space if you'd like it to be that way.The property is busy, but that's not the condo's fault! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
