This place was beyond our expectations. We had a party of 9 and it for our needs perfectly. It is super clean, and decorated absolutely perfect! The beds were super comfy and the kitchen is stocked with the essentials, plus some. I can’t say enough about it…and to top it off, I left a bag of shoes there and the owner shipped them to me- free of charge. Honestly- top notch!

With six adults and a one-year-old, Lette's Cottage met every one of our needs. The house was comfortable and beautifully appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at the house and the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The master tub - oh my! My grandson loved taking his baths in it. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and lovely, and we took advantage of the park a few times. As the listing states, having coffee on the front porch in the mornings was delightful, and the people walking the neighborhood were very friendly. We would defiantly choose to stay here again!

The property is just beautiful, you can't go wrong. Paul was fantastic also, one in our party left a diamond earring there and he shipped it to them in Hawaii! What a great all around trip we had. Thank you so much Paul for letting us use your beautiful place

We love staying at Lette's Cottage, this was our 4th visit and it truly feels like coming home every time. It is close to all of our favorite beaches and we are grateful for the memories we get to make there. Thank you Paul! You are a wonderful host and we will be back for a 5th stay.

Enjoyed our two night stay! The home had everything we needed and more. The location was convenient and Paul was easy to communicate with.

I could rave about this wonderful house, but you should just read the VRBO description the owner, Paul, has provided and know that it is all TRUE! There were 5 people in our group and nobody wanted to go home. We all loved Paul’s house!

Paul was great to deal with — very accommodating in adding our foster baby as a guest on short notice and providing a high chair and pack-and-play. House was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the cottage had plenty of beds for all. Location was within easy walking distance of the beach and Olivia Beach park. Overall, it seemed fairly spacious for a “cottage.” The only place I felt was lacking in space was the living room area, which didn’t have enough space to seat us all, but I knew that would be the case based upon the photos in the listing. There were a few negatives for us: 1) the detergent/cleaner used (on the bedding) was heavily fragranced, which was a bit of an assault to our senses since we usually use fragrance-free detergents. 2) The king-size bed in the master bedroom is an adjustable split king, which some may like, but I personally did not like the large crevice down the middle of the bed. 3) The viewing options on the tvs was limited because there was no blu-ray/dvd player and some of the streaming services (Disney+) were not working during our time there. 4) The listing shows photos of a pool, so my kids thought there would be access to the pool in the Olivia Beach community. If I had looked closely at the pictures, I perhaps would have noticed they’re just pictures of the Lincoln City community pool, which has no connection the cottage besides being in the same town. So the kids were disappointed and I feel the city pool photos shouldn’t really be part of this listing. Sorry I went so long on the negatives. The cottage is really very nice and Paul is very hospitable; I just wish I had known about these things before we went to avoid the disappointments.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Everything was so clean, including the clothes washer (which we've found really hit and miss at other properties). We felt totally at home here. We've never had such a comfortable experience at a rental home before. Whenever we come back to Lincoln City we are staying here. The owner was extremely responsive and kept us up to date as we neared our stay. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful home away from home, central to all our favorite beaches! This was our third stay and we will be back!

The house was lovely unfortunately the manager was very rude when speaking to us. He had a very hostile tone of voice speaking to minors for a simple mistake of overlooking the no pet rule. After his first interaction we were looking for a dog sitter already then he came back and threatened to make us leave. We also found a microphone screwed in the wall by the door. I would not recommend this place unless you like your privacy invaded. 🙃

The house has a great location with easy access to the beach and Olivia Beach Park. The kitchen is well stocked and the bed were very comfortable. It was very enjoyable for a family get together. The house was as advertised and property manager was accessible, friendly, and helpful.

The love and care and attention to detail that was put in to this lovely home blocks from the ocean were amazing. You could tell the owner cared about the property and was not leaving it good enough. Everything from the gorgeous rooms and comfortable furniture and beds to the personal touches of decor tell you they want you to feel welcome comfortable and like your actually on vacation. I intend to stay here everytime i am in the area by far one of the best stays i ha e had the pleasure of booking

We stayed here for Christmas with our family of 6. The kitchen was so well stocked and it was very easy to fix our Christmas dinner. Thank you Paul for being such a easy host to work with!

this house is not only roomy and comfortable it is lovely! We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. In fact we hated to leave. The house was thoughtfully decorated and was spotless.

This ia the perfect getaway. The place is clean, spacious and welcoming and comfortable. It was not difficult to find as the instructions given were very clear. We will consider staying there again.

My family and I loved our stay at Lette’s! The house was spotless and inviting when we arrived. There was a beautiful water fountain going on the porch and the windows where open to let wonderful coastal air in as it was a warm evening. Everything we needed was available for our use. The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of movies, games, even beach towels and a variety of coffee pods. The location was ideal for kids as it’s walking distance from a cute park and the beach. We had a very minor issue that needed attention with a light and Paul responded and fixed it right away. He was very helpful and we felt completely at home. I could not imagine a better experience. We made memories to last a lifetime and can’t wait to come back. Thank you Paul for the letting us stay in your beautiful house!

This was our second stay here, it wonderful to feel at home and comfortable in a vacation house. Our kids love the park nearby and the house has everything we needed. We will stay here again!

We stayed at Lette's Cottage for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. We wished we could stay longer. The size of the house was great, and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and park. It was clean, well-maintained, and had comfy beds. We definitely recommend it if you are looking for a place in Lincoln City.

Paul our host was very friendly. House was spotless clean. Check in and checkout was so convenient. Look forward to booking again real soon. Best place we have ever stayed at on the coast.(and believe me we have stayed at many) this is a must for our next coast vacation.

This lovely beach house has all the amenities needed (especially for those who love to cook). It is located within 10 minutes of the beach access and 5 minutes of a lovely neighborhood park with a fire pit (wood provided), a sand volleyball/badminton court and lovely trellised paths. It fit our party of 9 comfortably as we had 2 children able to share a large twin bed. Paul, our host met us as we drove up, showed us where to park, and gave us a lot of helpful tips for the surrounding area. He was very friendly and ready to help. The house itself was spotless and had plenty of towels/beach towels, books, board games and access to all the latest streaming services - including Disney plus - giving us some fun family films to watch in the evening from the latest releases. We highly recommend both this place as well as the host.

Really we could not find anything to complain about with this property. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever had at a vacation rental. Plenty of dishes and things to cook with. The yard and house are beautifully maintained. You can tell the owner takes pride in providing wonderful accommodations. We have found Olivia Beach to be rather windy down on the beach but have found nearby beaches sheltered by a cove to enjoy beach time at.

The house was very clean and everything are in very great shape. it was welcome from the first a few steps into the house. The size of the house was excellent for the our big family and we had enough bedding for everyone (which always a plus). House located in amazing neighborhood and with great walk to the beach. The only down side was the stairs that lead to the beach from the street with older people it was a little bit harder. I would definably come back to this house and would recomd it to others.

Everything was very clean, and inviting. We were all comfortable and shared family dinners at the table in the evening and played games before bed. Beds were super comfy and my special needs son slept better than he ever has on vacation. Paul was easy to reach and prompt with response. We will definitely be staying again.
