Questa casa 3BR / 2BA aggiornata nel sud-ovest di Minneapolis ha un layout luminoso e aperto con tonnellate di luce naturale.

Family and I came down for a family vacation! There was a play kitchen in the sun room that our girls loved! Perfect place to stay for what we were doing! Our weekend was perfect thank you 😊

Was in nice quiet neighbourhood, good linen, comfortable beds & good TV. This property needs some TLC broken door knobs, some dirty walls, grass needs to be cut, weeds in the flower pots, some dirty old blinds and the fence has fallen down and in need of repair. I inquired if the property had a BBQ to which the reply was yes but didn't inform me it was a charcoal BBQ and it was loaded with ashes and not clean. The kitchen was very limited with cooking tools for example there were only 5 forks but we were booked in for a group of 6 & there were no oven mitts, or lemon squeezer, or garlic press just really really basic. The floors were incredibly slippery if your going bring slippers the owner should change whatever cleaning product is being used before someone gets hurt. Besides all that it wasn't too bad

The house was exactly as we expected. Six of us stayed for a few days and there was enough room for all of us. It was close to everywhere we wanted to visit on our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent a long weekend here with family! Location was great - in between the city and the Mall of America, which was perfect because we frequented both during our stay. Home was clean, comfortable, and spacious. PLENTY of room for our little family with lots of play space for our exploring toddler! Communication was outstanding with owners. They were very quick - like minutes - to respond. 10/10!

The property is conveniently located (we spent most of our time in the downtown area) and well equipped for cooking and just general staying and relaxing. Seemed to be weak only in the hot water--which ran out rather quickly and was not very hot to begin with. We went to a gym most days so not so much of an issue. Nice quiet neighborhood.

The house was very comfortable and clean. It was well stocked; both the kitchen and towels. The beds were very comfortable. The upstairs got very when the downstairs was comfortable temperature but we just opened the windows and that helped. When we first arrived we couldn't get in with the code but the host responded right away and we were able to get in. No problem. Thank you for a nice weekend.

This was a very charming place with character.
The owner was easy to work with and even though there was a little noise, we would feel good staying here again in the future. The kitchen cabinet had coffee in it and the house was well kept inside....thanks for having us!

This place was perfect! My sister, sister in law, and niece came in for the Taylor Swift ERAS show and the location was unbeatable. Cute neighborhood with everything you need in walking or biking distance. 15 mins from the airport and 10 to US Bank Stadium (even in peak concert traffic). The home itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owner was very communicative. Overall great stay!

Property was as listed. Neighborhood seems to be in the process of a revitalization. We found charming local eateries and enjoyed a couple of the local parks. Parking at property was convenient since we were able to use the adjoining church parking lot.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not… that was our only complaint.
Parking at the church was very convenient. The street was quiet and felt very safe.

We spent the Christmas holidays in the house, arriving on December 24th, right in the middle of a winter storm. After a bumpy trip, the home was ready with everything we needed and allowed us to rest and relax. The location is great, the perfect distance from downtown Minneapolis/St. Paul, shopping areas, and our local family. The neighborhood has its charm, full of bars and restaurants.
The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Brian was delightful, attentive, and ready to resolve doubts and assist.
If available, we would choose it again in future visits to Minneapolis.

It was a nice older house but when we got there, there was hardly any towels So I looked in the dryer and there was a wet load of towels and linens. I had to take care of that to have enough towels. For what we had to pay for cleaning, I was very disappointed. There was no Kleenex. I sent the owner two messages for a different reason and wasn’t answered until 3 days after we left.

Little gem in the heart of everything
Super cute, clean place. Well appointed and close to food and shops. Back yard is perfect for hanging out and barbecuing. Brian was very attentive and communicative. Will definitely revisit when we come back to town!

Close to everything!
My girlfriends and I enjoyed a long weekend at Brian's house. First time visit to Minneapolis, and it turned out to be a great location, close to some of the best restaurants (Revival, Lowbrow) and a nice grocery store (Cub). It was a short ride to the airport, downtown, and Paisley Park (a must see). The house was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The street is busy and can get noisy at times (ex: emergency vehicles on way to hospital) but always felt safe. Parking in church next door worked out well. Steps are steep so be careful with little kids, but it was really a nice place with lots of special touches. Thanks, Brian!

A Wonderful Stay!
This was our first stay at this location and it was great in all aspects. The property was just as described, parking was available in the church lot next door, and it was warm, comfortable, sunny, and welcoming. We'll certainly return on future trips to Minneapolis!

Great location, clean and lovely property
This property was clean and well-kept. It's close to markets, drug store, and several really good restaurants. There's occasional plane noise from the airport, but it's no big deal - it dissipates fast.
Very quiet place, no barking dogs, great parking. Great mini-split air conditioner for the main level that works REALLY well, plus window units in the bedrooms that also cool nicely.
Also a VERY positive experience with the owner, who was very helpful and informative at every turn.
Don't hesitate to rent this property - we're glad we did!

Windom House
Wonderful, spacious house. Friendly and responsive host. Busy street, but good location for walking to places as well as using public transit or driving. Only glitch in the summertime is that the 3 window AC units in the 3 bedrooms aren't great, are really loud, AND will short the fuse. Even flipping the switch in the basement wasn't fully reliable. Took several attempts. Could only run 2 at a time. and even then it blew out. The downstairs, newer AC wall unit is great and it would be so much better to have something like that upstairs. It gets so hot and muggy as we all know.

Had a bit of a hitch checking in with the door lock, but the owner showed up promptly to reset the lock.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious home. Im a professional cleaner myself and I must give a shout out to their cleaner, everything was spotless! I loved the household cleaners & shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash/ hand soaps that were available to use during our stay, they all smelled so good. Loved the kitchen & layout of the main level. Over all amazing property. Definitely will be back ❤

Updated home in quaint neighborhood
This is a newly updated home in a quaint neighborhood. Grocery store just down the street and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to visit. Fully stocked kitchen for meals as a family. Super comfy couch and lots of privacy for everyone in the 3 bedrooms. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this home! All the rooms have so much natural light. It was the perfect amount of room for 5 adults to stay comfortably. It’s a quiet neighborhood and really close to anywhere you would want to go. I would stay here again!
