Incredibile New Construction Lodge sull'incredibile fiume Adirondack con cascate. OMGosh ... è quello che dirai quando vedrai questo sito. Non c'è nient'altro come questo sito e Lodge.
Il 2200 piedi quadrati Lodge si trova su 2. 6 acri di pino bianco Old Growth con 608 piedi di lungomare al confine con il fiume Indipendenza. Il fiume ha grandi cascate, piccole cascate, piscine naturali, isole, affioramenti rocciosi, pozze di nuoto e che vista e suono incredibili direttamente dal grande portico coperto. Essere situato su una strada senza uscita privata ti dà grande privacy.
Fai una piacevole passeggiata lungo la riva del fiume e goditi le molte diverse sezioni del fiume. Goditi un falò nel nostro pozzo del fuoco che si affaccia direttamente sul fiume.
Quando entri nel nuovo lodge costruito su misura, entri direttamente nella Great Room con soffitti a volta, travi a vista, rifiniture personalizzate e incredibile artigianato. (Foto degli interni in arrivo). Mobili di alta gamma, elettrodomestici, pavimenti sono ovunque. Una cucina aperta e una sala da pranzo con ripiani in legno naturali a spigolo vivo da 3 pollici e ripiani in metallo danno una fantastica sensazione di Adirondack. Un camino elettrico in pietra naturale nella stanza centrale con un vero aspetto a fiamma e calore aiuta ad aggiungere l'aspetto della Loggia. Quindi uscite sul grande portico coperto con una vista straordinaria. Il portico ha post di Hemlock naturale e ringhiere di cedro e ha tonnellate di spazio per sedersi e rilassarsi.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful riverfront paradise. The sound of the river was tranquil and lovely to hear while drifting to sleep. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time exploring the river, its islands, and natural flat rock waterslides. My son enjoyed fishing the river and caught a lot of fish. The house set up was great for multiple family members and having private spaces when needed. The firepit and view were a treat for making smores and spending time together in the evening. I'd rent it again in a heartbeat. Clean and well stocked.

Chose this property for relaxation and family time. It was perfect. Beautiful house right on the Independence River. The kitchen had a great selection of pots, pans, cooking utensils etc. Beds comfortable. Upper deck for morning coffee. Lower patio with the cleanest grill I have seen in a VRBO house. We also used the outdoor fire pit for smores one night. We took a couple of day trips —to Inlet for kayaking and to Cooperstown to see Hall of Fame. We all loved this house and are very appreciative to the owners for sharing it.

The cabin and surroundings are gorgeous and so peaceful. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the river. The cabin has everything you need for your stay, is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Almost forgot to post. I almost don’t want to as I don’t want the schedule to fill up so we can’t get a week next year. From the moment we pulled in to the time we left, we were in awe. There is NOTHING you need to bring. Keurig and cornhole boards even. This place is so well worth the price. Looking forward to this place again next year for our much needed rest and relaxation. Thank you to the owners who have created a haven for mental refreshment. God bless you.

We had a great time at the lodge it is big enough for a larger number of guests. It gave me quality time with my spouse and my brother and sisters and allowed them to relax and take in the scenery. It happened to snow during our visit which really was a great event for us, we watched the weather take hold while we were nice and warm in the lodge, we got to start a fire in the firepit after it snowed allowing use to take in the scene and enjoy the river water scene up close. Amazing place to visit, I highly recommend the cabin.

The pictures don't do this house or the setting justice! The house is beautiful, immaculately clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. We had very strong winds one of the days we were there and the power went out a couple of times. The generator kicked on immediately and ran everything in the house. The views of the river and the sound of the water were just awesome! We will absolutely be returning in the future!

This property is absolutely beautiful! You cannot beat the front row seat to the cascading water! The house is perfect and stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay! We have rented this house 3 times as we just love the serenity!

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was so clean and cozy, and the view of the river is hard to appreciate through pictures -- you have to see it. Just beautiful.

We had eight people and the stay was great. There was ample space for all of us and it was more than comfortable with a larger group of people. The kitchen was completely stocked with cooking utensils and supplies, which was convenient as we all took turns cooking large meals throughout the stay. The river was beautiful, they had tons of board games available, lots of outdoor seating, and the atmosphere was very homey.
We already discussed another stay before departing and look forward to booking this property again.

There are amazing river views right from the backyard that you can enjoy from the balcony, patio, fire-pit, swinging bench, or just walk right up to the river! The living room is huge and the family room is nice and cozy. Overall a very reclusive and beautiful place to relax.

This property is everything we could have asked for and more. It was one of the most relaxing trips we have ever taken. Falling asleep to the sound of the river was a highlight and the crisp fall air when we woke up was invigorating. This was by far the most well stocked rental we have stayed at and cleanliness was top tier as well. Ralph (owner) was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to ensure we had a great trip.
Overall, we would recommend this property to anyone and hope to be back in the future.

Family from England, Canada, Ohio, and Maine. We had a lot of catching up to do and a perfect place to do it. Watching the river from the balcony was always spectacular, and with the big overhanging roof we could sit out there in the rain and not get wet. We had a memorable vacation and thank you for your beautiful house.

Upon arrival, we pulled into the parking area, and directly in front down the sloped lawn was the river in all of it's glory. The sound of the rushing water was soothing. The lodge is just what we wanted, plenty of room for our family, and we were able to bring our older dog, which was a plus. We enjoyed a bonfire, and the lawn games in the evenings. A very well appointed and very well kept lodge was a nice place for some relaxation. The upper deck and lower patio were used nonstop throughout our stay.

Beautiful log cabin nestled along the banks of a gorgeous river / creek. Shared back deck off both bedrooms on the main level with plenty of deck chairs and a gas grill. STUNNING VIEWS

(No running up and downstairs to grill)
Plenty of extra sleeping with 3 additional "no bedroom" beds.

This property is the epitome of a charming woodland lodge. It was very well equipped with all the updated necessities. Everything about it was comfortable and easily accommodated our large family with young children. A wonderful getaway!

We had a blast at the Lodge! House was immaculate when we got there. The pictures didn’t do the river justice! Had such a good time, the house had everything you would need. Was the perfect amount of being in the woods but still close to town. I miss it already!!!

This house exceeded all expectations! Loved it from the minute we opened the door. It has everything you need! We fished, swam, hiked, had cookouts, played games, golfed, and went horseback riding. Highly recommend it. We look forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful views. Beautiful sounds.
What an awesome place! The view from the house over the falls and rapids of the Independence River is spectacular. It is matched by the constant and soothing sounds of falling water. We spent many hours playing in the water. It is a unique experience. The house itself is in pristine condition. Well designed and very clean. We loved it.

FANTASTIC STAY!
If you are interested in the perfect setting, a beautiful home and an opportunity to connect with family or friends, this is the place for you. It is our second year on this property and it is simply perfect! Ralph, the owner, is responsive and clearly takes great care of his property. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful spot!
The lodge is fantastic. Family was very comfortable and felt welcome. The river and it’s rapids are forever changing. Family had fun in the river. Centrally locate for day trips . Great food spots in Lowville Millers meat market, JEB’S, and PB andJ’s.

Girls weekend
We came out for a girls weekend with mom and 3 sisters. House was beyond beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. The views all around were breath taking and plenty to explore. We will definitely be back for our next trip. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Pictures don’t do it justice!
Absolutely beautiful lodge and property. Very clean inside and all the amenities we needed. The Independence River is truly the star of the show. We visited in April so benefitted from spring snow melt and periodic rain which led to a very robust flow all week.
Couple of bursts of snowfall only added to the idyllic atmosphere. Nearby Otter Creek Horse Trails were great for hiking with our dog and nearby Lowville & Tug Hill Winery added some diversions to our week spent mostly reading on the wooden love seat swing by the river, or by the fire pit, or up on the deck.
The hosts were very helpful & accommodating as well, checking in on us when 6” of snow fell unexpectedly just to make sure we were alright and had everything we needed.
All in all, a great spot to unplug and unwind and we hope to come back to maybe eventually get IN the water when it gets a little warmer!!

Winter Stay
We truly enjoyed our stay at Independence Lodge! We visited during the month of February and the snowy views from the deck were breathtaking. The house was perfectly set up for our family weekend with friends. It was well stocked with everything we needed to play, cook and make memories! Highly recommend!! We can't wait to stay again. Hopefully we can return in the fall, I imagine the fall leaves would be lovely.

AMAZING Riverfront Lodge
I booked this property for a New Year's Eve getaway with two other families. We were looking forward to having a low key, relaxing vaction after the holidays, and this lodge did not disappoint! First of all, it's one of the cleaniest properties I have ever stayed in. Everything was so organized and put together - there was nothing that we didn't have! And the view of the river and waterfalls is like no other.
We were all so impressed and excited with this gem of a house. The kitchen was beautiful and everything in the kitchen was clean and ready to use. All the drawers were neating organized so things were easy to find. The bathrooms were spacious and the master bathroom had a luxurious soaking tub.
We took advantage of the firepit, having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river, and we even did a little bit of fishing. But mostly, we made wonderful memories just hanging out in the beautiful house.
As far as the kids, we had 4 boys in age from 6-10 and they never wanted to leave their "man cave" in the walkout basement. They had fun sleeping together in the bunkroom and having their own TV to watch movies. Us adults loved that we basically had the upstairs to ourselves!
We can't wait to visit this house again and will definintely be looking into other cabin's that Ralph owns.

Awesome Second Stay
Ralph's property is truly wonderful. It is all that you see in the photos and more. We found everything we needed for a relaxing stay-including pantry and bath items in case you've forgotten them! The lodge is clean, fully stocked and wonderfully accommodates our large family. There are games for all ages, indoors and out. We had a fire in the fire pit nightly-- and there was even kindling stacked ready for us upon arrival! This is not your normal ADK lodge. It's more of a luxury vacation home. You can't beat the location on the river, either. Spectacular!
Communication with Ralph is great and he makes sure you have all that you need to have a great vacation. This.was our second stay and we will surely be back!
