Recentemente rinnovato nel 2016, questo condominio con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni completi ha ricevuto un restyling completo con una NUOVA cucina completa, pavimenti in piastrelle, biancheria da letto, mobili, elettronica, surf / spiaggia e barbecue. Parcheggio privato recintato per due auto, internet wireless, lavatrice / asciugatrice all'interno del condominio e lavastoviglie inclusa.
Una vera casa sulla spiaggia in California!

We got in late to our location and when we got to the place the lockboxes were in the dark. Glad I got my phone out because there were black widows by the gate entrance and lockboxes . No problem nature happens ! Next we get up into the location and I notice that the sinks have t been cleaned well. There is crusty stuff around the faucets. I'm pretty lucky in my kitchen and bathrooms and I'm removing 1 star for that. I cleaned them and the rest of the home was fine . The second issue we had was parking. 🅿️ It says you have two spots but someone was parked in it. When I texted the number to ask what we should do they never responded. So we hoped for the best and parked in other spots. Turned out fine so I suspect that's done often and is no big deal. I just didn't want to deal with a towing. But as I said it all worked out. Lastly the comforter in the back bedroom that was striped could use a wash as well it was stained by the pillows . Other than that there were a lot of amenities like an air purifier and heaters that made things comfortable for us. Thank you for the memories ✨

We had a wonderful long weekend here to celebrate my dad and husband's birthdays. It was so conveniently located and the 2 packing spots were so wonderful to have!

This is a great property! Communication with the property manager was easy and handled timely. The property is a very short walk to Capitola Village. It's a great spot, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

We rented this home 2 years ago and it was perfect for our family. However, when we returned in August of 2023, the down stairs bedroom had a strong and terrible mildew odor. Two air purifiers had been placed in the room, suggesting the owners or management company knew of the problem. Yet when we called to ask about the smell the property manager denied any knowledge and was incredibly rude about our concerns. Then, we start looking at recent reviews only to find out the most recent review had the same complaint and stated that the manager “sent two air purifiers over.”
We were unable to use the third bedroom which we had payed for and management blatantly lied to us about their knowledge of the problem. We will not be coming back and would not suggest this rental to anyone.

Musty mildew odor in downstairs room , I was told I am the only renter who complained about the odor in the downstairs room (did anyone else even go down there? Because cleaning lady & repair man both agreed there is a mildew odor), floors were dirty, shower handle fell off, porch light burnt out, toilet slow to flush. Manager was quick to send cleaning lady and repair people. Even sent two air purifiers - but they did not remove the odor. We just made do, slept in the living room because we had 7 people. We really needed the 3rd room w/bathroom. No one in my family wanted to sleep in the downstairs room with the mildew odor. The Pros: Location and 2 parking stalls were great! View from living room balcony was lovely. Easy walk to beach and restaurants and shops.

Picture perfect spot, secure parking, convenient walk to Shadowbrook restaurant (must see!) as well as all the charming shops, bars, restaurants, beach etc. We were 3 couples, so appreciated the 3 bdrms/3 bath…well stocked kitchen! Would love to stay again!

This property is in a perfect location for restaurants, walking around town, etc. Communication with the property managers was also excellent. If there were questions, they responded promptly. Thank you, Surf City!

Large condo with all the amenities, except barbecue was dirty, left message with manager as leaving she said I should have called they would have taken care of it but we didn't want anyone there while we were staying. great excess to beaches(suggest walking to the pier beach on right is very private) nice breakfast at
pier restaurant. Nice shops in town. Some street noise but quiet in bedrooms. Overall we had a really nice time.

Super short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We all enjoyed our beach getaway and Capitola is a favorite place of ours!

Fantastic location - great seaside weekend!
This is our second time staying here and will definitely stay again. The location is fantastic, great view and 2 min walk to the restaurants. The townhome is well appointed with everything you could need. 2 level unit gives some separation for older kids. Great spot!!!

Great location. Clean, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space for the 4 of us. Covered parking a plus for up to two autos.

Wonderful stay
Lovely place, very clean and well equipped. The balcony was great for morning peeks of the wharf and beach and for people watching too. It was nice to be so close to everything in Capitola too.
Everything was very comfortable and we had a great time celebrating my daughter’s birthday.

Right in Bustling Capitola Village
The property was clean and everything was as advertised. Some of the furniture is a little worse for wear, but nothing troublesome. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. We had a great time being right in the village, walks to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Fantastic location and wonderful condo
We loved this condo. The location was perfect for all the beach days and having parking made it so easy for the days we had to drive around to other spots. Highly recommend! Only things to consider would be the noise of the streets close by and that the grill was empty and was really dirty (it hadn’t been cleaned after last couple uses and no propane). Other than those things this place was perfect for me and my family!

Condo was fine but customer service was bad
The condo was fine. All the beds were lousy. They should turn the mattresses over on the master. It had a lump in the middle. The other two beds were hard. The hostess, Jody, did not answer my question about parking for a third car. First time, she said she would find out about local parking but did not get back to me. Then I emailed her and she did not answer until my vacation had started. Even then, she did not answer my question. Hallie, on the other hand, was nice and helped me when I had problems with the lockbox.

Great spot in Capitola
This is a lovely property within easy walking distance of the beach and downtown. It was super clean and bigger than we expected. The only issue for us was being given an incorrect lockbox code, which delayed being able to get inside when we arrived. Otherwise, it is a really great spot and I would definitely stay there again.

Great home with a great location
This was a great house. Modern and comfortable furnishings. Great accommodations with plenty of room for a smaller group or up to 7 people. Great balcony, with an awesome view. Perfect for drinking your morning coffee and watching the sun rise. The location was perfect, placed right in the middle of town with a short walk to the beach, restaurants or shopping. We loved this house, made some great memories and will definitely be back.

Capitola weekend getaway
We really enjoyed our stay with some friends and our grand daughter. Very close, walking distance to the beach and restaurants right next door. The kitchen was very well appointed and the 3 bedrooms were spacious. Would definitely stay here again with family or friends.

Great Wkend Getaway
Enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo is small yet has everything that is needed and fit both families of 4 perfectly. Most importantly, it is in the perfect location for walks to the beach, to restaurants, to shops, and for a great run.

Mother/daughter retreat!!
It was the perfect get together house! The teenage girls stayed in the ginormous master, while the moms split the rest of the space. The kitchen and living space is perfect for entertaining and the beautiful picture windows made it open and sunny while private. Thank you!!
