Comfortable, well decorated apartment with comfortable bed, and partial kitchen.

We were not aware that we would be staying one block away from the main location(?). We thought that a hot tub was available; based on amenities listed. Check-in was a little difficult. Door was locked. No English speaker available. Switching locations was confusing. Need a car! It's a 20+ minute drive to Segovia, etc. There is nothing nearby (aside from the village itself). No English TV (common problem in most places).

Great layout. It would make a perfect base to explore the area. Kindly cooked us dinner with little notice. Staff all very friendly.

- nice apartment - staff lovely - quiet location could hear the birds all the time - ideal for visiting Segovia - nice dinner (extra charge)and good breakfast -lovely garden and seating areas

- no complimentary water in room on arrival - no basic condiments eg salt/pepper/ oils/ coffee - no aircon (would be a problem in warmer weather) -no fly screens so couldn't leave windows open - said rooms soundproof but we had a screaming child in apartment next to us that kept us awake - bar not open on the Sunday .. we went to local bar - think it was pricey compared to others we have visited in the past few weeks on the road trip for the reasons I list above

A gem in Segovia region. Located in small village of Anaya, about 15min away by car from Segovia. Very nice and quiet place, the apartment was very spacious, fully equipped and clean. We had a great night there. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast the next morning which was great and very decent price. 100% recommend !

Large, cozy apartment. Nice and friendly hosts. Very nice area, very calm, but…

…there was a family with kids next door, there were super loud and because of closed O-shaped yard building type, the noise was everywhere. Air conditioning would be awesome, for summer time it is good thing to have.

This place is a hidden gem in the very small town of Anaya. I was looking for places to stay near Segovia and this option looked the most interesting, and I was not disappointed. The rooms and studios are beautifully decorated in traditional Spanish style but also with modern amenities. Breakfast was also great with personal service.

Solaz del Moros is a gem. I took a chance here, deviating from the Camino de Madrid from Ane to Anaya because I wanted and needed a good place to stay. I was rewarded. The proprietors have developed and are running an excellent property. They treated me to great service and I felt at home. The property is, as the pictures depict, structured around a central courtyard. Rooms are on the ground and first floor. My room on the first floor consisted of a living space with well-appointed kitchen and laundry, and a separate bedroom and bathroom. Everything was done to a high standard. It would be a perfect home base for exploring the region. Or, in my case, it was a perfect place to relax, take a beer in the courtyard while reflecting on my day of walking, and regroup for the next day. I would like to especially thank the staff who served a very nice dinner for one (me) in the courtyard, who offered be a bag of ice for my aching feet and ankles, and who helped me to get back to the Camino during a period of intermittent thunderstorms.

The Real Spain outside of mass tourism areas. 20 minutes close to Segovia’s attractions. Enough of a kitchen to take care of breakfast and dinner. Absolutely a tiny farming village.
