The hotel lobby staff was very professional and very good at English. He had good manners. Room is clean

I found the amenity used by someone at the time of check-in. I was embarrassed because there was no soap. It was very chaotic because it was around the airport. Even though it was a one-day stay, the housekeeper wandered around and opened the door before checking out.

Nous aurions apprécié recevoir au préalable plus d’infos sur les moyens pour se rendre à l’hôtel de l’aéroport . Plus de détails sur les bus, numéro + arrêt par exemple et avec un plan. Le prix pour un taxi….

Facilidade de comunicação, instalações novas e limpas. Facilidade de locomoção: próximo ao aeroporto, apenas 3 paradas de ônibus ( ponto em frente ao hotel)- 3 minutos.

The room, equipment, cleanless and quality are very good

Despite the receptionist was nice and kind, the waiting at the desk was too long (for check-in and check-out). 2 people at the reception desk could be much better.

The room was comfortable and very quiet. We love the large window with a great view (even though it rained most of the 3 days we were there). Of particular note, a lovely woman, Christin or Kristin, in the breakfast/dining area is to be commended for her observant and caring behavior. Two weeks prior to our stay, I had a dizzy spell during COVID, fell on my back and fractured a vertebrae. While at the Leonardo Hotel, I was in pain and distressed (though I was wearing a lumber brace). She recognized that I had an issue, stopped at our table, whenever she saw me, and inquired if I was ok, whether I needed anything or how she may be able to help. Her kindness was a most comforting and healing gesture that I will continue to remember. It is people like her that make memories and a stay pleasant!!

We were hoping for the dining room to be available in the evening, and have a more varied menu available.

The room was lovely; great lighting, updated, modern, large. My only complaint is the A/C system. The A/C system is automatic, so you can't adjust the temp. and the room was too warm (for our liking)....breakfast was also fully featured and well done.

The room was super clean, modern and big.

There was no soap for hands and no toileteries.

Grööse am untersten Limit für 2 Personen. Kein Platz für 2 Koffer, aber für eine Nacht ist es super.

Desayuno estupendo, muy completo y variado y con buen pan sin gluten.

El recepcionista de la noche 22 horas, podría haber sido más amable. Hizo su trabajo pero siempre con una sonrisa sale mejor. Los dos camareros/as brasileños del desayuno, muy eficientes y simpáticos.

It was close to the airport which was convenient to travel to the city

チューリッヒ空港に到着した夜に素泊まりで利用した。特に過不足のないビジネスホテルだった。部屋は綺麗だった。 チューリッヒ空港から歩いて20分くらいで着いた。荷物が重くて少し疲れるが、歩けない距離ではなかったので、バス代を節約できた。

エアコンか換気扇から冷たい風が吹き込んで、部屋がとても寒かったが、空調の切り方、温度調節の仕方が分からなかった。

Everything was fine until they fixed the room at 07:30 in the morning with all my personal equipment on the bed. In what place in the world does room service come in and see personal equipment and continue to clean??!! Where in the world do they start cleaning at such an early hour?! And if I'm asleep, they wake me up for this?!

อาหารเช้า ราคาสูงไปนิด วันที่ไปพัก เจอเหตุการณ์เตือนไฟไหม้ให้รีบออกจากอาคารตอนตีสาม ทำให้พักผ่อนได้ไม่เพียงพอ เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ไม่ดีเลย เพราะจริงๆแล้วเกิดจากแขกบางห้องน่าจะสูบบุหรี่แล้วตัวสัญญาณตรวจจับควันทำงาน เลยวุ่นวายกันไปหมด

Shower room is good! The breakfast Is also good! The coffee machine in the room is also good!

The bar and restaurant in the evening was unthinkable. The menu was poor and ABC of restaurant service is not done! Sorry about it.

Alles top. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Und für die Schweizerverhältnisse war der Preis auch gut.

Die Heizung hätte besser heizen können. Es war leider etwas kühl. Dennoch war es akzeptabel.

The transfer to the airport could be at least a little cheaper than an individual taxi is.

Trotz Lage direkt am Flughafen waren die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Keine wesentliche Lärmbelästigung . Die Zimmer waren sauber

Der bei booking angegebene Preis in € wurde schnell mal 1:1 in Franken umgewandelt Zimmer wurden dadurch teurer. Kann man noch mit leben. Absolutes No go, und deshalb die schlechte Bewertung bei der Sauberkeit war, dass die Bedienung beim Frühstück mit einem Lappen zunächst den Fußboden gereinigt hat und dann den selben Lappen nahm um damit über das Buffet zu wischen. Hygienegrundsätze scheinen hier nicht bekannt.
