Nice staff and breakfast - great location for travel.
A few things - first our 'quiet room' was right next to the lifts. Not quiet at all. Second - and important - we could not get the room temperature down below 22C - I called the front desk and the person there (a man) told me that it would not go below 18C - so I said we could not get it to 18C...his answer was: "...it does not go below 18C..."...again! I said that i could not work the thermostat and he did nothing to hjelp us - so the room was extremely uncomfortable for our night at your hotel. We can not consider a good review or staying there again.

Nette, schlichte Unterkunft für eine Nacht am Airport absolut ok
Frühstück war gut
Personal durchgehend sehr freundlich
Wir hatten ein 3-Bettzimmer zeitig gebucht, stellte sich dann als schwierig heraus u musste Abends um 22 Uhr noch umgebaut werden. Sofa blieb im Gang stehen etc.
Muss nicht sein, wenn man Wochen vorher bucht

Great location right next to the airport terminal, few minutes walk from the arrival and departure, truly great location for airport traveller
I had to pay extra to check in earlier. It is understandable, but the room I had to pay extra to check in earlier is also not at a good position. The room I was given was right facing the exit of highway, so all cars passed by can see clearly everything in the room. I’m obliged to close the curtain, and it is very dark

Der Teppich im Zimmer ist unangenehm zum laufen, und Wasser hätte ich gern in der Flasche nicht aus der Leitung

Personal beim Check IN und alles andere war auch top! Für unsere anstehende Hochzeitsreise haben wir ein Zimmer Upgrade erhalten, das fand ich mega toll und aufmerksam!

The location near train station, shops n restaurant . Easy to access. And breakfast is so good, taste and quality. Room very spacious. And there is Christmas miracle, we early check in at 7 am after 18 hours flight and Tina our reception give it free which is usually will be charge cause check in time at 3 pm. Thank you Tina and thank you Hyatt hotel, we will definitely stay again in Hyatt place.

Eher unterer Zimmerstandard für ein Schweizer Hotel in Zürich. Hatte das Gefühl, das ganze Zimmer ist eine Garderobe, so dominat war das Garderobenmöbel in den Zimmermittelpunkt gerückt.

El trato del personal, fue desastroso, nunca en mi vida "En Suiza me sucedió esta clase de impacto....nos ignoraron 25min. hasta que nos atendieron a mis hijos y a mi y todo de muy mala gana como si nos fueran a regalar algo ó fuera un pedido de caridad", he trabajado en Hoteles en Suiza como el "Seminar Hotel Ageri see", Ochsen Hotel Zug, Hotel Montana Luzerna, Schawanen platz Luzerna, Lugano y muchos hoteles grandes en Suiza, me dió vergüenza ajena el trato. No a la categoría que se presta el hotel.

Registrierung: Mein zweiter Vorname war als Familienname registriert, so dass die Anmeldung beim Einchecken nicht gefunden wurde. Zum Glück hatte ich eine ausgedruckte Bestätigung meiner Anmeldung dabei.
Badezimmer:
Die Körperlotion-Tube war aufgebraucht, es kam nur noch ein Blupp raus. Vergleichbares ist mir bisher in keinem anderen Hotel widerfahren.
Wecken:
Es erfolgte 10 Minuten nach dem vereinbarten Wecktermin. Dies war 9 Wochen zuvor im selben Hotel genauso. Glücklicherweise hatte ich meinen Handywecker eingeschaltet.

המלון היה מהמם ! החדר וואו ! חדש דנדש! המסעדה של המלון היה טעימה. ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת והצוות שש לעזור כל הזמן. החניה היתה יקרה - 56E ליום, אבל פחות רלוונטי לנו כי החזרנו את הרכב לפני הטיסה חזרה. בהחלט נחזור לשהות במלון ולהמליץ עליו בכל פה. זכור לטובה הנציג ג'רי שהסביר לנו פנים, אבל גם כל יתר הצוות.

Great option for a layover at Zurich airport - walking distance from the terminal, big and cosy room, super friendly and kind staff, maximum functionality.

Im ZOOM war der Service sehr schlecht. Obwohl kaum Gäste, haben wir mehr als 20 min. auf unsere Getränke warten müssen, weil die Servicekräfte mit sich selbst und dem Barkeeper „beschäftigt“ waren.

The hotel was very clean. We were greeted well at the reception. They even give us a bigger room.

Everything was good except for the check-in
There was a massive queue to check in with only one staff member checking guests in. After a long haul flight with children the last thing i needed was a +30min wait at the hotel lobby.

Good size room - bed was comfortable
Thot the room would come with a bathtub so that I can relax with a hot bath .. surprised it only had a shower.
Also the walk to the terminal was not fully covered .. so it would be a bother if it rains on the way to the terminal.
