Owner was very nice lady, waited for us in 2 in the morning.

The property is a low-budget location. The host was very pleasant and friendly.

The smell in the room was unpleasant and there were also a lot of ants.

-Parking spot in the yard; -The host was kind and helpful; -Wi-fi

None of the basic things were met in our room: it was not clean, it smelled wierd and we couldn’t sleep much: - Cleaning was superficial, you could see that it was cleaned but not thoroughly (ie the bathroom sink had spots); - Strong sewage smell in the bathroom; - Room not soundproof, we could hear our neighbors showering and talking. Beds were squeeking, my partner and I kept waking up when one of us was moving; - Room window was facing a nearby wall, so seemed quite claustrophobic. All in all, there is better accommodation in Cluj in the same price range, I don’t recommend staying here.

Excellent value for money, perfect for 1 night stay. Although it wasn’t mentioned, we got to park the car in the yard.

Has Auchan close to it and a tram stop. Trams go often.

Such a tiny room - feels uncomfortable. The bed linen has a very strong smell - obviously not suitable for people with a sensitive sense of smell and allergy sufferers. I couldn’t sleep because of that strong chemical smell. Really weird. The place is in industrial area, next to the construction site, so here it is really noisy. Oddly organized shower - just part of the bathroom curtained. Old shower hose, not comfortable and leaking. So at the end we couldn't wash. There are no night lights. One socket next to the bed isn’t working - but I didn’t realize it till the morning, so the phone didn’t charge during the night. No drinking water!! Be aware if you are coming in the evening time that you should have some water with you. In order to turn off the light, you need to get up from the bed up to the door. Window view is just… the wall. Conclusion: if you don’t expect much from this accommodation, you can save some money as it is relatively cheep, but I highly recommend to rent an apartment instead - if you want to get more comfort! Suitable for travelers with low budget and very low expectations.
