Beautiful views from our room overlooks the ocean. Rooms amazing and clean. Staff so friendly and looked after us so well. Buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had with so much choice. Infinity pool and bar was a highlight. Would recommend to stay here.

Friendly staff, very clean, excellent breakfast, good pools. No massage at hotel so had free shuttle bus to sister hotel which was good and had availability.

A bit far from the party street and night market at least 40 minute walk . Had shuttle service every 30 mins only until 8.30pm then use taxi home in evening.

The room was really nice and the view at the beach and the rooms were clean and big, the reception and the stuff were kind and helpful

The location is quite far to patong center as the hotel is above the hills , second the breakfast is exactly the same everyday which gets boring eventually

Great location within walking distance of bangla road and patong beach . Near cafephuket viewpoint . Shuttle services every 30 minutes to patong beach . Beautiful hotel with great amenities (infinity pool) , gym , restaurant onsite with live performance at dinner time . Room size big enough . Breakfast was great with many options . Staff helpful and good service from all . Special thanks to Mia at smoothie bar , Patty at front - travel desk & Win at front desk . Complimentary room decoration and delicious cake for my birthday .

House keeping could improve . Somedays they did not refill shower gels and clean the soap dish . Electricity wires by the infinity pool an eye sore for the beautiful ocean view .

Sehr sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Bett war das bequemste, in dem ich jemals geschlafen habe - als würde man in Wolken versinken 😍 Sehr ausgewogenes Frühstück, bei dem für jeden das richtige dabei ist und man sich frische Säfte und Shakes zubereiten lassen konnte. Der direkte Zugang zum Pool war super, sodass man immer wieder kurz für eine Abfrischung rein"hüpfen" konnte.

Alle Bars in den oberen Etagen waren leider ab 19 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt. Lediglich die im untersten Stockwerk, bei der aber die Geräuschkulisse aufgrund der davorliegenden Strasse recht hoch war.

I loved the pool and watching the sunset from the pool. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was always topped up with all kinds of foods.

There was lots of dirty plates left by the pool deck chairs. I felt that the staff were ran off their feet by delivering food to the pool area that they didnt get time to clear the filth away. I also did not like that there were no deck chairs available at the pool after 10am. Also the spa was not open and the cocktail prices at this hotel made me spend more time at the bars in town. My trip was all about relaxing, drinking and getting massages.. you have to travel up the road for this. There were kids splashing water in my face at the swim up bar and there were big groups of internationals just smoking Pot in your face. For a 5 star resort I expected a nicer veiw for the grand suite. You are not getting a swan and petals upon arrival in your room as per some pictures you seen. The bath water is brown. You also have to pay for bottled water if you use more then the 2 bottles they supply a day! And laundry is not complimentary or done on site??

Breakfast was the best i ever had in Thailand - wide selection of western, thai, chinese and indian foods and fresh fruits. Hotel had very decent pool area with 2 bars.

The first thing we noticed after stepping into our room was a strong smell of mould. After 20min we decided to inform the front desk about it, because we couldn't stand it any longer. They transferred us to another room, which still had some mould smell, but not as strong. The other thing we didnt like, was the beach across the road. It looked very ugly during a low tide.

It was clean and room service was really quick.

They cleaned our room so late everyday around 4pm, we would get back from doing things for the day and the room still had not been cleaned and then they would come when we wanted to relax. There was no vibe at the resort. It was pretty dead, no music or anything, and the restaurant attached to the resort is really bad. There was supposed to be a spa area in the resort and then when I asked about it to get massages, they said it was in construction (they should have told us this before booking because we had to go all the way into Patong for a massage). The location is okay, it is further from the main area though, you need to get a tuk tuk or taxi. The TV in the room was not a smart TV and we couldn’t watch anything for 2 weeks. I asked about this and they said that you could only connect if you had a Samsung phone. Which both my partner and I did not have.

Hôtel était impeccable, propre, le personnel souriant et aux petits soins. Situation géographique, impeccable, calme et reposante, mais à proximité du centre animé de Phuket.

The infinity pool was amazing. The facilities were well kept and top notch. I loved the fact that the beach was very near to Patong but away from the hustle bustle. You could enjoy some peace and quiet and amazing sunsets from the infinity pool.

The breakfast could have been better. Not that it wasn't good. Also more facilitation for arranging rental vehicles and arranging tours. The tour facilitation desk was closed on the weekend.

Terrible emplacement! L hôtel n'est pas en bord de mer mais en bord de route très fréquentée. Le bruit est insupportable même les fenêtres fermées et il est impossible de rester en terrasse La chambre sent le renfermé en plus. Très très déçu 😞 !

We decided on the hotel a little outside of Patong for a balance of access to entertainment and relaxation. The free shuttle bus helped with that. The staff was great all around, Vivi and Mali stood out at the bars and breakfast buffet with big smiles and superb service. The food at hotel is good and priced okay for Phuket. Housekeeping was also a strong point, even making the room later in the afternoon if you want to dodge the midday sun and go out later. The bed was very comfy.

The mentioned shuttle bus could operate a little later (last ride from the hotel was at 8:30 pm) The AC could be a little loud for some, we managed to sleep well. The sunbeds at the pool are in high demand since it's a little distant to the next beautiful beach.

The hotel is in a great location, far enough from patong to be more quiet and close enough for shuttle/tuk-tuk rides. The building itself has great facilities although under utilised

Management is terrible! The resort is short staffed and the staff are overworked hence become forgetful and slow in response. This includes housekeeping which was not at all consistent in room cleaning in the 13 days I spent there. Outsiders who do not reside at the hotel can enter the pool area. This happened on multiple occasions which made it very uncomfortable, unsafe and irritating as the people were extremely loud and intimidating and ruined the relaxed vibe. I was unable to access the pool with them crowding the area and the extreme loud noises they created. It was extremely disappointing. Management did not care to respond to complaints.

- tradicional family style resort - the resort is a little old (careful if you want something more modern) - It's not good to walk around the streets (no catwalk) - the restaurant could be better, reduce the menu and only keep fresher food (but everything was great)

. Pool x2 Always clean and well maintained. One of the pools looks out to the sea. Gorgeous. Both pools are a very good size. . Very polite and friendly staff - all staff were so so lovely and helpful. . Location . Room - again clean, spacious, well maintained, balcony. Very good value for money. . Cheap drinks and food. We ordered room service daily, paid for breakfast on occasion, ample cocktails, used laundry service and was surprised at how little it came too. Cocktails were so lovely! . Very clean hotel! . Luxurious . No towel/bed blockers in the morning. I have arrived at Koh Samui and I really miss this! I want to come back to this hotel in Phuket I just want to comment again on the lovely staff, pools and clean hotel. All really really well maintained as well.

. It advertises and promotes elephant riding camps in their activities in Phuket section. There is an ethical elephant sanctuary that rescues older or injured elephants that was an amazing day out, great food and yes you can still feed them or go to the one in Chaing mai. If you Google how the elephant riding camps train elephants and ‘break them’ it’s appalling and really upsetting. I really really don’t know why they would advertise these brutal ones. Really disappointing. Please stop advertising this, take those leaflets out! Advertise the ethical one. . Food also wasn’t great. Breakfast was as expected and this was good. However evening meals : edible - however Average at best 5/10. . However I would recommend and if I was staying in Phuket again I would definitely be back.
