The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood, exactly what we were looking for. About a five min walk to midtown cafe for a great breakfast before we started our day. We felt safe enough to walk the neighborhood day or night. A little bit out of the way of downtown. Def catch the trolly the first day to situate yourself before you explore on your own. We would stay again.

Close enough to go downtown in the District, yet far enough away to not hear all the loudness! Condo was beautiful inside! Pool was perfect! The security was top notch with codes needed to get inside condo! Condo spotless and full of everything you could need! Couldn’t have been any more perfect for us!

This space is large, well maintained, has every amenity you would need AND access to the coolest pool around! I love staying around music row, but this has been my favorite spot so far. Plus Lacey is a great communicator. If this condo is open during your stay in Nashville… your search is over!

This apartment is exactly as pictured and so comfortable! The property was a perfect spot for a getaway for my husband and I. Music, restaurants, coffee and bars in walking distance was a huge plus. We hopped on a couple of scooters and rode down to Broadway for a bit. The Gulch was a short walk away to browse and window shop. We’ll be sure to rebook for our next trip to Nashville :) Thank you so much!

Conveniently located at end of music row, very close to downtown. The unit is decorated well, spacious & has many amenities not often seen in a VRBO. I can only say nice things about INSIDE the unit. However, outside the unit has some issues.
The listing states GUITAR Pool as a main feature. The owner was made aware on Monday of glass broken in the pool. This meant draining the pool, cleaning & then refilling. I was not made aware until 4 days later when my check-in code was given. While the pool is out of the owner's control, it’s a shame that the HOA was not making greater strides in having this situation fixed in a timely manner. We were disappointed, as we had planned to have chill time around the pool during our stay. With only 1 garden hose attempting to refill the pool Friday thru Sunday, and then 1 additional hose added Monday, it was hardly even filled upon my checkout Tuesday (over a week later). Clearly the HOA of this property is not well maintained. Lots of unhappy guests grumbling about pool not being available, & I really felt bad for the guests of small kids.
PARKING: The garage is very small, so if you drive a large vehicle (which one of ours was), don’t expect to park in the garage. However, there always seemed to be ample parking on the street that was available. Just not as convenient to unload or when it was raining during our stay. Again, not the owner's fault, just advising for those that drive large vehicles.
Overall, a nice stay! :)

Nice, clean, and comfortable condo in a great location. Lots to do in walking distance, and I prefer this part of Nashville over the much busier/louder Broadway area.

This is the second stay we've had here; came back because of the great location and cleanliness of the condo. Everything was in perfect condition - well appointed kitchen & appliances, decorated like home, great bed (I have a bad back). Very nice to have washer/dryer in the unit - especially for a long stay like ours. Quick trip to downtown, and a short walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Right in the heart of Music Row. Lacy made the entire experience super easy; great host! I would definitely recommend this place for any stay in Nashville.

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and provided all the amenities as described. The thing we liked the best about the stay was the location. It was close enough to Broadway that the cost of an Uber to get there was not outrageous, but far enough away from all the hustle of Broadway to have space to relax. The pool was an added plus as it is just one more activity available.

Our overall experience was a 9/10.
The exterior of the building requires an update and during our stay there was some building renovations.
The building sprinkler system had repairs during our stay causing noise during the day time.

We love staying at the Spence Manor and the history that comes with it. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Food and live music are just a short walk away and Broadway is also within walking distance. We definitely will be back next year.

Location was great, close to many Nashville hot spots. The apartment building was quiet, clean, and made for an easy stay.
The only negative was it took a long time for the water to get hot.
We would definitely go back and rent this place again!

This was our first time visiting Nashville so we didn’t know where to stay. I am very happy we chose this place. It was a short walk to all the bars on Broadway. If you didn’t feel like doing Broadway, there were plenty of places to eat and drink just steps away from the unit. The condo was very clean and the communication with the property owner was extremely easy. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Lacey!!

This condo was super cute and in a great location. Although you could hear all the loud guests outside the room, the condo was perfect for my son and I. He said the couch was comfortable to sleep on (he is 15).

Beautifully decorated and spacious condo for our anniversary trip. Host had everything well stocked and very clean. It was a bit of a walk to the Broadway area but we managed just fine and called Uber when needed. The shower was a bit tricky. Overall, we would definitely stay again. Cool history to the building and music row area.

I've stayed at many vrbo's, usually they are all pretty comfortable and have just about everything I need. This property was different, attention was paid to every detail, and during my stay I didn't have to purchase or worry about a thing. I had everything I needed for cooking with all the extra's. The space is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and it's beautifully decorated with a wonderful shower and comfortable bed. Parking is simple, and it's within walking distance of downtown and many attractions. You won't be dissapointed!

This is a great find in the city! Very clean, spacious layout, and very comfortable. We appreciated the fan, as we are used to a bit of white noise:) We also appreciated the parking under the building and easy access to highways and stores and sites in the area, without feeling too busy or overly noisy. Owners are responsive and accommodating, which we appreciated. We really liked this apartment and look forward to staying again in the future!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The owner’s communication was great and address small issues we had promptly. The location near Music Row was awesome. Walkable to smaller bars with live music and great breakfast spots. Easy to get to downtown and Broadway. After visiting both areas we preferred the quieter location near Music Row for sure. Would stay here again.

This property is in an ideal location. The inside of the unit is spacious, well appointed and updated but the building stair cases could use some TLC. The unit is exceptionally well stocked with paper products, laundry supplies and kitchen supplies, which is greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay there again!!
