Posizione della casa, gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria. Casa molto caratteristica e dotata di tutto. Forse non adatta a bambini molto piccoli per i gradini, con i nostri bambini di 4 anni ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Casetta deliziosa in zona molto tranquilla ma vicino a tutto quello che serve: tipo un minuto di orologio dalla metro e 2 da negozi, market, ristoranti ecc .ecc. . Martina gentilissima e disponibile ad accettare le nostre richieste. Appartamento fornito di ogni cosa vi possa venire in mente, sembra di essere a casa propria.

it was a complete home with good size spaces. quirky personal decoration and plenty of coffee pods; bath was a nice rarity. washing machine and dryer worked. house was tidy and linen clean. Polite host contacted by WhatsApp. Close parking.

There is no cover to blackout bright street lamp outside of the bedroom window- we had to put a blanket over the window at night. There is no way to open the bathroom door from the inside as there was a handle only on the outside. Don’t close door if on your own. The house smelled heavily of damp when we arrived so we had the run the aircon constantly and it took a couple of days for the air to freshen as there were no screens to open windows and some mosquitoes around. I suspect there is a leak somewhere in the bathroom. The freezer was completely iced over so that drawers could not be opened at all. The walk up to the home is not even and smooth so wheeling luggage is not possible. No streaming services.

I truly regret my stay. Full disclosure: I requested a partial refund for the many problems I encountered, but after I gave the host my reasons, she declined.

1. The internet is terrible. I had to unplug the router every day. I had to leave early because I couldn't get any work done, but they did not even refund the days I left early. 2. There is a LOT of construction, and the area is quite ugly. Cars cannot reach it so prepare to carry luggage up many stairs, through construction, etc. from the taxi 3. Teenagers hang out under the bedroom window every night until 2am 4. The hot tub does NOT work. The host is dishonest in the description (see photos). When I told her this was the main reason I picked the place (there are other apartments much nicer and much cheaper) she told me that it is the guests fault if they see pictures of a hot tub and think they can use it!!!!!!!!!!! 5. There is an ugly overstuffed chair in the bathroom that the pictures she posts take great pains to hide. 6. The lighting is terrible...it is dark even with all the lights on as you can see from my photos. The stairs between the bedroom and kitchen, and kitchen and living room, are a little dangerous. Definitely not safe for anyone with mobility issues, kids, older parents 7. A friend visited earlier than planned. Again, the Booking listing was a lie. It said when I booked in March that there was a sofa bed when they knew there wasn't one. They ordered one that arrived too late and the host s mother was in the apartment with workmen all day while I was trying to get work done. 8. I could go on and on. The pots and pans are cheap, the cabinets disorganized, the items in the pantry old, some food like old couscous left opened, rusted spice cans, open boxes of sugar damp from humidity, dirty bottles, etc., Something broke almost every day. All of this and what they offered was that i didn't have to pay the tourist tax of about 30euros.

The house smelled musty, a lot of humidity in the air and some surfaces were a bit dusty (speaking from the perspective of a person with allergies, there was a lot of sneezing 😅).

In love with this beautiful hidden jewel ..Felt home..Sparkling clean bathroom ,nice and comfy bed ..Nice decoration and lighting.Amazing and friendly host. QUIET.PRIVATE.RELAXING. 130 meters from the metrostation …fruits ,veggies market and supermarket very close. Amazing place to come back and relax after wandering around Genova
