L'isola cucina ha 5 sgabelli da bar per molti posti a sedere. Il soggiorno ha un'atmosfera molto accogliente in quanto vi è un camino elettrico per rilassarsi e divertirsi guardando uno dei tuoi spettacoli preferiti su DIRECTV.

Great safe neighborhood- walking distance to the gulch, broadway, pedal tavern. Clean place with comfy beds, great water pressure in shower. Pool was filthy but it is towards the end of the seaaon. We would stay here again!

Our kids love country music and wanted to see live music. This condo was in a perfect location. Close enough to Broadway and far enough away when it was time to go back to the condo. The water pressure in the shower was amazing!!! My kids loved the guitar shaped pool and took advantage of a quick swim.
Lacey responded quickly to questions and was a pleasure to work with. We would certainly stay here again, no questions asked.

The place was in a great location, safe and clean. Overall we had a great stay, but there were some hiccups...
We woke up one morning, to find out there was no water... It was very frustrating not knowing what was going on; there were 8 of us, not being able to flush toilets, etc. We contacted the property manager but it took several messages to hear back. We finally got the explanation - no water due to some local construction pipe damage… which can happen and I understand. But the time it took for the property manager to inform us was unacceptable. It takes two seconds to text or call and say – “we got your message and we are looking into it” – that’s all we wanted to hear.
One more little thing that was frustrating - kitchen knives - not a decent knife to cut anything all - old dull knives.
Overall - did we like the place and location? Yes.
Would we rent it again? I think so… - things happen - but communication is the key.

Amazing stay
Stayed for a small bachelor party. Lacey made the booking, check in, and check out very simple. Place was extremely clean and organized. On top of being right next to music row and about a 20min walk to lower broadway made this a perfect location for the price. 10/10 I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our visit. Lacey was quick to answer any questions we had before our visit. Perfect for our group of four. Will definitely get in touch with her for our next trip to Nashville.

Perfect for girls trip!
Our group consisted of 5 women. This property was perfect! Everything inside the apartment was extremely clean and the set up with bathroom, shower and sink/vanity area worked so well. They are all separate so multiple people can use them all at once. There are also many full length mirrors to choose from so no one felt like they were “hogging the mirror.”
Bedrooms were ample size and the beds were sooo extremely comfortable that I am going to purchase the sam mattress for my daughter’s bed at home! 🏡

Great Location
Great location, clean and accommodating. My only suggestion would be to improve the check-in process. No estimated check-in time provided in advance and since we flew in, we needed to lug our luggage around and wait for a text to let us know we could check in. The location is fantastic and centrally located.

Amazing Host and place!
Communicating with Lacey was so nice and easy, she made sure everything was all good with us and quickly responded to us if we ever had any questions. The place was very clean, extremely homey, and comfortable! The location is also such a plus! My family and I loved the nice-sized living room where we could play games, watch a movie or just hang out. Also being just a walk or a quick drive away from the heart of downtown really makes this place special!

Successful First Trip to Nashville
We had a amazing time, very cozy and up to date condo. My friends all said I did very well in finding us this place to stay! Although we didn’t spend much time there, the beds were the best! Very clean, very comfortable and safe environment! Thank you so much!

Wonderful place for our girls weekend! Great location; we were able to walk most places including the just love coffee shop that was so close and delicious! Very clean space and plenty of room for us to enjoy & was equipped with anything extra we needed throughout the weekend. Will definitely be back soon!

Perfect Condo
Fully renovated cozy condo. Owners thought of everything. I will point out it is one bathroom, however it’s the perfect set up. Shower has a door, private toilet and two sink powder area. Our party was two couples and navigated getting ready comfortably. Also, great location!

Perfection
Exactly as advertised, if not better. Comfortable, clean, well stocked, and you can’t beat the location! We walked to broadway and to Vanderbilt! Even walked down to Belmont and 12 south. I would highly recommend this condo!

adorable condo
The place was decorated so perfectly, lots of adorable touches. It was the perfect location for multiple guests, as the sink, the shower room, and the bathroom, were all separate areas so lots of us could get ready at the same time. Derrick and Lacey were both so nice! We loved the location and would recommend!
