The breakfast 🧇 was nice the hospitality the staff was very friendly specially mr jerry who played a lot with my baby and was very helpful plus the other staff, also the place inside the jungle was magnificent..

Everything was perfect. Staf was very generous, food of restaurant was very delicious, villas were clean.

Excellent resort in the middle of the jungle. It's perfect if you seek some tranquility in a quite and peaceful area. The hotel offers transportation to Ubud. Just ask at the desk.

Lush green serene place with its own waterfall in the hills is lovely. The villas are well maintained , bed comfy and staff are very friendly and accommodating.

This is very quiet place away from the noisy roads and other public places. However it is just 20 min to center of Ubud and no traffic once you out of the center. It is very close to a lot of popular places like rice fields, pyramid of chi, swings and so on.

Lage doch etwas abseits von Ubud. Nah ist der Aloha Swing und die Tenanalang Reisfelder... Fahrt von der Hauptstraße hinunter zu den Villas/zum Hotel schon sehr abenteuerlich... selbst lokale Fahrer haben großen Respekt

The stay here was exceptional from start to finish. Can't praise the staff enough. The receptionists Ayu, Wahyu and Danti were always attentive, helpful, kind, friendly and polite. They were always smiling and helped us a lot with booking day tours. The taxi drivers were also super helpful and kind and went out of their way to help in any way they can! The accommodation itself exceeded our expectation, it was more spacious, modern and comfortable. Great accessibility to facilities e.g. pool, restaurant and spa. the ladies who helped us with the massage were brilliant. Can't praise the staff enough from the housekeepers, reception, taxi drivers and all the rest of the staff! Very friendly and approachable and always willing to help! Very polite and positive so it made the holiday even more relaxing. I would highly recommend friends and family to stay here and we certainly would be returning in the future! :)

we were there on our first week in Bali - after the flight and the long car - drive to the hotel we were really exhausted, but the ladies from the reception were so nice and the stuff helped us with our bags and luggage, the room was very big and everything was clean, the bathroom was also really clean, the bathtub was the only thing were we decided to not take a bath but it‘s all good, in the middle of the night we thought that some people are walking around the house but in the end it was an animal on the roof, it was loud and scary for the first nights, the pool was cold so we didn‘t use it - the breakfast is good but little, because you can order just the dish from the card, no buffet or something, we had two times dinner and it was delicious and the prize was also good, the service is really nice and good, we gave the laundry away and got it back with a good scent, some stains didn‘t come out, unfortunately - the ladies from the reception are very nice and we talked with them many hours, they gave us recommendations and hints for activities, because of them we rearranged our bookings and we aren‘t regretting it, the road to the hotel is realllyyy scary and just for good drivers ! so please take care when you are there, but with the motorbike you are in the city within 15min, we also took a roadtrip with the motorbikes to the Mount Batur !

Choose this hotel! after staying in other hotels in Bali, I can tell this is one of the best in all aspects: the facilities are clean, beautiful, perfect. The villa and the room is a dream! very spacious and you have everything you need. The best is the hotel staff, I got sick during my stay in Bali and the staff helped us find a pharmacy, and they brought the breakfast to the room as I needed to rest. Tons of kindness here!

the location coz it’s a bit far from the ubud center and everything is closing around 7pm, some restaurants at 23 but far. even grab wasn’t delivering there

Property is in the jungle, it was really really quiet. the views and waterfall was exceptional. very good for honeymooners. staff organised the floating breakfast in our private pool which was really good. No big bugs!. the spa was excellent!

our villa was situated on top of the hill so we got tired each and very time climbing the stairs. food was good but no variety.

Location was lovely in the jungle, was a little awkward to get Grab bikes as this properly was 20 min drive from centre or Ubud but managed to get ok most of the time. Breakfasts were lovely, mainly based around egg if not wanting Indonesian food so could maybe have a couple more options. Beer and wine were the main alcoholic drinks, a couple of cocktails would be nice on the menu. Room was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was also lovely, slightly cold but lovely view and private! Room service was great and we ordered floating breakfast which was lovely. Staff were really lovely and friendly and helped us book cars when we needed etc.

Staff was excellent, the facilities were super great. The were some bugs, but that would be weird if there weren't, given the it's in the jungle! Breakfast was very good but got a but we got a bit tired of eating the same thing by day 5. Having a private pool was really quite nice!

Only drawback is location is a bit far from Ubud. Takes up to 45 minutes in traffic, 15 minutes without. There is a free shuttle but it only runs twice a day and you have to prebook. Not an issue if you bring your own motorbike...

amazing location, isolated, in the middle of the jungle. Basically, behind our room, we had a small waterfall. Enjoy the stay here, in our room suite with private pool. Recommend this location for people that would like, nature, jungle, couples, detach from the reality.

Nothing that can affect your stay there. Of course, there is always room for improvements, but all together, if we ask something, they try to do their best to provide us our support. Staff there, are doing their best, trying to make your stay there as best as possible.

The room had nice decor

there was rats and mice in our room, pooping in our luggage. we also had giant geckos size of our hands. The laundry was late, booked a massage and nobody showed up, food was below average and the location was super hard to find.
