The staff was exponentially nice. The view and cleanliness and the facilities were great in this price range.

The rooms need a bit more deap cleaning.

Have stayed here a few times now. The staff is always hospitable and helpful, and the rooms clean. Never had an issue.

This time around there was work going on, which made it a little less clean than it usually is. But that is expected when you are expanding or renovating.

One of the worst places to stay in Lahore. You rather stay at lower third class hotel than to chose this place. I was there with my wife and staff will harass your family. They will ask if she is your real wife or you booked this place to have a hookup. How embarrassing it is if you are with your family. Person In reception asked oh why you and your wife last name isn’t common. We landed at 4am in Lahore and paid for 1 night extra as they said checkin starts at 12am. I was like ok. I was promised airport shuttle is included in our stay but upon arrival they charged me extra for airport pickup and started lying that we never told it is added. I paid for 2 nights upfront and when I wanted to extend my stay another person on reception’s asked me oh rates went up so now your per night stay gonna be higher if u extend. Bedsheets were dirty like there is blood and pee on them. No soap no shampoo in bathroom. I again say rather book a cheap as hotel it is better than this hotel one branch.

The bed sheets are so smelly and it looks like they haven't been washed and there were no accessories available in the room or washroom and the mattress quality is poor.

Nothing in particular was good about my stay.

Food was bad. Staff was incompetent.

only the location. almost center of the city and travelling to different locations is a bit easy.

the first impression was quite surprising when front desk staff did not have the information about the booking. he was told and then when he looked, he found that there was a booking. in one of the three breakfasts [included in room rent] the hotel did not have butter; bran bread and a very poor quality of fruit jam. poor quality of toiletries and beddings.
