Mattress were very uncomfortable

Availability of necessary items in the kitchen. Comfortable bed, chill AC, lights, bright room ambiance.

It would be good to have water in the fridge.

It was a good comfortable environment, The staff was excellent 👌

The only item i didn't like was iron and iron stand Iron didn't have any high low switches and the stand was very light and had burnt patches.

Spacious appartment with necessary furniture. Appreciate them for allowing an extra 45 minutes for late check out

The internet wasn’t working. on day one when I reported I was told they need to turn on some switch. after that it started working. Come next morning it was down again, when i called attendant, he advised that the switch for the internet is in another appartment (pent house), and he can’t go there and disturb the guests. This was ridiculous we had to use our mobile data to connect the TV 2: The muslim shower of attached bath for main bedroom was terrible. 3: Cleanliness should definitely be improved, there were stains on lounges and coffee table was dirty too.

I booked for 2 bedroom apartment for my family, good location, helpful staff. Safe parking.

waste of money

Amazing hospitality,proactive and secure ambiance Highly recommended place for families and ladies travelling solo for holidays or work. My check-in was in evening so didn't realised that the main curtains were missing(backdrops were there) so as soon as it turned morning the entire apartment light up with sunlight which troubled us for a while but the moment i reported it to the booking concerned person ( dont remember his name) he instantly sorted out and upgraded my room from 1bhk to 2bhk and apologised for it as the curtains were gone for annual cleaning.even the caretaker guy was amazing he use to call and check on me if I need anything from cooking utensils to extra blanket etc .initially i booked it for 2 days but extended my entire stay here. I am glad to find such amazing serviced places in pakistan. My trip was very comfortable.
