Tem uma boa localização, fica ao lado da estação de metrô, vários comércios na volta, cama confortável e chuveiro com água quente. Acesso fácil com self check in e out. Roupas de cama e banho bem limpinhas. O apto oferece utensílios básicos de cozinha para fazer sua própria refeição, que acaba compensando porque os cafés da volta costumam abrir mais tarde.

Infelizmente não consegui acessar de imediato o apartamento, pois mesmo avisando o horário do meu check in o apto não estava pronto, precisei aguardar uns 45 min (No qual foi dado um desconto na diária) e no segundo dia após ligar a jarra elétrica a chave disjuntora desarmou, me deixando sem luz nas tomadas e sem internet, ocasionando um pequeno transtorno (tive que carregar o celular e usar o wi-fi da recepção para fazer contato com o proprietário).

Very good area, you have good restaurants, café, bars, shop, metro, grosery stores in the nearby. Great view from the 20th floor. Good space for a family of two in the appartment (two bedrooms and two baths). Aircondition in one of the bedrooms and in the livingroom.

Lot of sound from the traffic but normal in the City. Could have been cleaner (example: curtains and windows not clean) and walls need new paint stroke, some missing handles on the wardrobes and a loose toiletseat. No babycot,but this was informed beforehand.

Excellent location! Perfect size for one person! The girl handed me the keys in perfect timing. The apartment was excellent and thoroughly cleaned!! You could smell the disinfectant, but nothing that opening the windows wouldn't help. Joaquin was great in answering my requirements promptly and gave me directions on how to proceed. Although I had my own supplies, they provided the bathroom with toiletries, towels (super thick and comfy!), and a hairdryer (This was great as I didn't have mine!). The kitchen is complete with a full set of glasses and dining plates, as well as cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and a knife! This was great as I needed to cook for myself.

It is quite noisy when you open the windows, but this is expected as you are in the heart of Providencia. I am very sensitive when sleeping, so I used earplugs. The windows help a lot to keep the noise at bay. There was a power outage (about 4 hrs) the next day I'd arrived; Apparently, it was scheduled and I was not informed. The following day there was a water outage (1.5 hrs), but this was announced by WhatsApp by the owner/ manager, so it was great one could prepare. The entrance to the parking lot is not very obvious, but use google maps and street view if you want to make sure how it looks like (General del Canto 63).

My flight time was 12 a.m. By the way, I made a reservation for one night. When i checked in, i said i'd leave at 12 o'clock, and the host returned half of the bill. I couldn't speak Spanish, but the host tried to communicate. I was moved by the kindness. Travel in Chile will be remembered as a very good memory.

Very shabby, in need of more than just a lick of paint. Dirty rugs. Gym in a very poor condition. Very noisy road.
