Overall, I had a great experience with this hotel, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

Nothing every thing disaster

This hotel is scam i book through booking.com but when I reach hotel they refuse to give me room and told me that we will not give rooms on this price which i book they as for me double price and told me to pay cash . At night their was no choice bcoz i reach at 11pm so I pay them double price and they told me they not accepting online booking through booking .com bcoz this is under Oyo hotel and i don't know what conflict going on between hotel and Oyo they not accepting Oyo booking and toldme to pay extra for room . When i pay extra i thought room would be good but it was very dirty linen which they never change from long time and its smell previous guest perfume and no bathroom amenities no towels no water no breakfast . In my opening this hotel is scam and please try to remove it from booking .com as soon as possible otherwise they will make people' fool like this and will as extra money from online guest.

Waited till long to check in despite prior booking.

Staff was not supportive , multiple time calls for tv but not issue resolved. Facilities are not good

Each and everything . Neither the staff was cooperative and in additional we have changed room almost three times and the room was not clean . We waited there almost for 45 mins infact i have booked the room a day before of staying. If possible than i want my refund.

I booked it via booking.com, and when I reach there they asked me to book directly and as it was required thus I paid them 3000/- I was wonder when they refused to give me if it was booked via booking.com

After 40 min wating His told me i am not connect to booking.com
