Extra matress and duvet for my son to sleep in the living room

The house got tv but have to enter into our own netflix acc to watch netflix.
The fridge area is super hot especially when the aircond is switched on because the compressors are there .
The guards at swimming pool arent friendly at all. Calling us 'hey hey' without addressing us as sir/madam/miss..
Guards are basically sitting next to swimming pool. .feels like being watched at all times during our time at swimming pool. Not a good experience.. guard at parking lot however is super helpful showing us direction to mailbox.

The location is very near the old town which makes very centrally located to walk around. Apartment was clean and comfortable overall.
The kitchen could have been better equipped. The pictures shows there's a stove top but there were no pots or pan so you can really cook anything. The fridge provided is also very small.

Spacious apartment, pool, architecturally interesting building, washing machine, air conditioning and fans in all living areas, close to the centre of town
Bed linen was dirty (had blood on it), only one access key, limited cooking utensils, pans had unwashed burn marks and looked dirty, takes awhile to get up to the 5th floor parking spot, area around the building does not feel safe with homeless people nearby

i love this place so much!! everything about this place was exceptional. it was clean, stylish, cozy and had a pretty view in night. great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. room itself was well equipped and comfortable. ++ the host very kind and friendly! <3

IS THERE A TERM WITH THIS PROPERTY THAT I AM REQUIRED TO PAY A DEPOSIT BEFORE I AM ALLOWED TO COLLECT MY KEYS TO ENTER THIS PROPERTY ??? IS LIKE I AM HELD TO RANSOM EVENTHOUGH I HAD PAID MY FULL COST FOR THIS PROPERTY THEN AT LAST THE HOST TOLD ME I HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER IMMEDIATE DEPOSIT CASH PAYMENT BEFORE I AM ALLOWED TO COLLECT MY KEYS TO ENTER THIS APARTMENT !!! WE SHOULD BE TOLD IN ADVANCE THAT WE NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT FOR PROPERTY BOOKING !!! BOTH ROOMS BEDSHEETS WERE DIRTY AND I HAD TAKEN PHOTOS TO SHOW TO VERVE

The location of the condo. It is in the middle of city. Easy to find food. Near to everywhere I planned to go(within minutes by car).
The condo is super clean. Feels like HOME.

location is good, overall is clean
service of staff/owner is bad. only reply your message on time when need you pay deposit and need you to check out. other time just seen and ignore your questions and issue you faced. totally poor service.

The light in the master bathroom was not working. Informed the agent Verve on first day of check-in but nothing was done during our 4 days there.

The interior was unique, near to the main streets for foods and goods, all within walking distance save the hassle for drive and find parking.Property was clean and comfortable to sleep in, overall I will recommend this for those who travel in group, family they have room up to 3 can accommodate up to 8 people.

The property is clean and well kept. It’s spacious as it should be since it is a triplex penthouse but the highest floor is under maintenance. Overall the stay is comfortable and near amenities
We were not aware that a deposit has to be paid despite making payment at the website. And the refund process is a hassle to say the least! The property is situated near some funeral parlours and it can get creepy walking around at night!
