Beautiful Townhouse Steps From FSU and Doak Campbell Stadium
Questa graziosa residenza a tema FSU ha appena ricevuto una completa ristrutturazione: splendidi bagni piastrellati, tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici e mobili, compresi i comodi letti. A pochi passi dallo stadio Doak Campbell, la posizione tra le grandi querce non può essere battuta. Abbiamo fornito tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, tra cui una cucina completamente attrezzata e sedie sul ponte posteriore. Non potrebbe essere più vicino al campus della FSU: lo adorerai! Possediamo un'altra unità a tre porte in fondo con la stessa pianta e tutte le recensioni a cinque stelle. VRBO # 1250062.

Not much to look at from the outside but the whole complex looks that way. But inside was fresh and clean and very cozy and comfortable. Walking distance to stadium. It was easy peasy to stay here. Highly recommend it.

While the building is old, when you walk in you will be pleasantly surprised by how nice the unit is. This is a well laid out two bedroom unit with very nice appointments. The master shower is VERY lovely and we plan on staying here for all future FSU games.

This townhome was very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay near FSU. It was walking distance to the stadium and had two parking spots in front of the home. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked so making meals at home was very easy. Jacquie even had some bottled water and breakfast bars for us with a cabinet full of spices, oil, coffee and some non perishable foods. Jacquie also accommodated a last minute request due to the hurricane. We look forward to staying here again!

This is an ideal place to stay when visiting FSU. Clean, comfortable, and close to Doak Campbell stadium. Another review mentioned noise. We did not have that problem and in fact found it to be much quieter than hotels we have stayed at in the area. Neighbors we encountered were friendly. Overall, a very good experience and I'd happily stay here again.

Great Place, Great Location
We stayed here for my daughter's FSU orientation, and it was perfect. The location is great (with a quick path to take you right to the FSU stadium, just a few minutes walk), the place is exactly as described, is spotless, has everything you need, and Jacquie is very responsive. There were a couple of minor issues that we could have lived with, anyway, but Jacquie had her handyman come right by and fix it (he was loads of fun, too, so added bonus for us!). Would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend for others.

Clean, spacious townhome
This townhome was clean and spacious and located near Doak Campbell stadium. The owner was super easy to get in contact with and she left bottled water and granola bars for us to munch on when we got there. Wonderful host!
The complex is mostly college students so if you’re looking for a super quiet stay, keep that in mind.

Great for FSU games!
Our family stayed over the weekend for an FSU Football game. It was in a great location, just far enough away from campus that it was in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to walk to the Stadium and College Town. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, decorated very cute, and stocked with all of the essentials. We had booked it for 3 more game weekends and are thrilled with our decision after this first stay.

University Tour
This made the perfect home while touring the FSU campus with my teenage daughter and 3 of her friends. They all got a great understanding of the area. On a budget we were able to cook and sleep our party of 6 comfortably.

This townhouse was perfect for us. The location is right off FSU campus with easy access to groceries and dining. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The shower is amazing! I loved the open concept living room and kitchen. The tree out of the back door is covered in Spanish moss and is beautiful. We sat in the sun on the back porch gazing at the tree for hours. The owner was awesome with communication. Very nice place to stay.
