Absolutely love this property as it has all of the details I look for in a stay. It is modern, immaculately clean, 3 bedrooms, all rooms have King beds, big screen tv’s, and private baths and of course Wi-fi.. I challenge you to find the same amenities anywhere else in San Antonio.

GREAT LOCATION AND PERFECT SET UP

Perfect location and size for a girls' weekend of 4. Very nice historic neighborhood, walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. We appreciated that this home had everything needed for a short or long-term stay.

My family was here for my Uncle’s meMorial service and the townhome was in the perfect location and was really nice. Alyssa was very helpful. It was the best appointed rental we have stayed in.

Property was as advertised. Parking was an issue for full sized vehicle (pick up truck). One of our vehicles was damaged while parked on the street out front of the property.

This is a lovely property, beautifully decorated, well maintained, and spotlessly clean. Check-in was painless and the property manager was effective and proactive with communications. Its unusual to find a rental with three king beds, and we were thrilled to discover this one. Highly recommended!

This is the most well appointed VRBO I have ever used - they thought of catering to every detail (down to the spice rack and number of extra blankets). Will stay here every time our travels bring us back to the area!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family visiting San Antonio. Spacious and really well done town home. Restaurants, bars, and coffee shops all walking distance. Was ideal for what we needed with two little ones traveling with us. Lastly the property manager and communication with their team was amazing. Extremely helpful with every aspect of our trip. 5 stars

This was the perfect location for a family gathering with relatives who live in San Antonio. Townhouse is in a prime location with many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few blocks from the the Riverwalk.

Had a blast

It’s a beautiful three story condo. The host has thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, the linen and king size beds were very comfortable. It’s a perfect place if you want to walk to restaurants! We walked to dinner and breakfast. The house was impeccably clean! We would definitely go back again! The only thing that might be an issue for some guess is there’s three king beds which could fit six people but if you’re going for 10 people....four people will be sleeping on mattresses on the floor. It was not a problem for us because our kids didn’t mind sleeping on the floor mattresses. But again the house is well decorated, well managed, beautiful and very clean and a very thoughtful host that has a lot of extras. Perfect location!!

Best Place in San Antonio for a vacation stay! Perfect for a large family. Close to Riverwalk and a short drive to Sea World, Six Flags and the airport. The property management team was amazing to work with. Very accommodating . Can't wait to stay again!

Great spaces and location. Walking distance to Alamo, Riverwalk, restaurants and bars. New three story unit with lots of stairs. Kitchen supplies limited. If you are planning to prepare meals be sure to bring everything you'll need. Basic dishes, cookware and utensils provided.

A walk away from various great restaurants, coffee/tea house, and Riverwalk. House was immaculately clean. Having a room downstairs and two upstairs made getting everyone together in the area where we would spend most of the time, the kitchen and living area on 2nd floor. Security app made using A/C and garage door convenient to use. Small details as to having chips and salsa when we got there, amenities such as k-cups for coffee and washing detergent were available to use if needed. We will definitely stay here again!!

This property was wonderful! It is very nicely decorated- lots of space and great location. Super easy check in and great communication with the property managers! Also, great touch that the managers let chips / dips and cold topo chicos - great treat when we arrived. The location is convenient to walk around the King Williams area along with the Riverwalk- lots of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend Tito's mexican (right down the block from the townhome) - awesome mexican food and margaritas! Thank you! Highly recommend this property!

This was a new property with zero ratings so I trusted the description and was pleasantly surprised that it lived up to expectations. The property was immaculately clean with high end furnishings. Bathrooms were all spa quality and well furnished. It is hard to find properties with all King beds in every room, with their own bathrooms, as well as TV’s in every room. This one delivered. The supplied security app made entry through garage effortless and eliminated need to enter through downstairs bedroom. The A/C was fantastic as I suspect it is new. I highly recommend for group trips in the Riverwalk area. One small recommendation for owners would be to raise the TV’s located in the bedrooms about 18 inches. They are at bed level which makes it a little difficult to watch while laying down. Notwithstanding, this is a must rent property.
