Pretty good location, spacious apartment
We booked an apartment with 3 bedrooms and a description of the property stated that all apartments are located on the 25th floor and above. It was a disappointment when we found out that our apartment was on the 3rd floor with a view from all bedrooms on a construction site.
When we reached out to a host they mentioned that a 3 bedroom apartment is the only one, and firstly didn’t apologize for providing a misleading information because otherwise we wouldn’t book it as there were different options with high floor location.
After I contacted the Customer service they did offer to change an apartment with two separate apartments on a high floor but we had to refuse it as it took some time for them to make this gesture and we had already moved in.
The apartment itself was generally in a moderately good condition although a shower in one of the bathrooms was broken and got fixed on the second day of our staying.
Also, there was no microwave oven what is inconvenient a little when you stay for 2+ days

Amazing apartment on 28th floor, very clean and beautiful !! perfect location, and view is absolutely stunning 🤩Pet friendly! Hosts are very friendly and helpful . Everything was PERFECT ,Highly recommend this apartment !! definitely will come back to Batumi and to this apartment !!

The view from the apartment was really beautiful, everything was clean and we were able to find everything that we could possibly need in the apartment. The beach was close and overall the location was good.
It was pretty bad and rainy weather during our stay and the apartment was cold despite that we had air conditioner turned on to the warmest temperature.

Everything was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the sea . Undoubtedly next time I reserve it again.

The view was perfect, the apartment itself was very cosy, clean. Everything looked fresh. Giorgi was very helpful. The location was wonderfull, near the sea and the park. The beach in front of the building was not as crowdy as the beaches nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!
Minor complaints: smell of canalization in the bathroom and on the 26th floor near our apartment, noisy neighbours (once there even was a party, not sure whether the parties are allowed in that building), and trash that fell on our balcony from people who lived above.

Spectacular view from the 29th floor and great apartment , close to all the main attraction points in the city. Mr. Rati is a great host. He is helpful and supportive. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Cleanliness. All the facilities you need (towels, plates, hair dryer, etc). Interior is better than in other places. Good view and sounds of the sea. Big balcony. Bottle of wine - present from the host.

The apartment has a great view, clean, spacious and inexpensive. It has everything we needed: kitchen, washer, pots and pan, utensils. The staff were helpful and the check in was quick and easy. The building is close to a mall, airport and across is the boulevard, perfect for morning or afternoon stroll.

Excellent view facing straight onto the Black Sea with lovely Sunsets. 2 minute walk to Carrefour Supermarket and Shopping Mall. One minute walk to the beach. The main reason we booked this apartment is because it has a separate bedroom. A lot of the other properties have kitchen and bedroom together (but are cunningly photographed to look otherwise). We didn't fancy our pillows smelling of fried onions so we took on the massive task of sifting through the Batumi properties. We were delighted to find this one available and it did not disappoint - sparkling clean and new with all mod cons,. loved it!
