Die Lage zum Strand war optimal. Das Studio lag im EG direkt neben dem Eingang. Nicht so optimal. Gegenüber war die Haltestelle für den kostenlosen Bus nach Miami Beach South.
Preis Leistung passt nicht.

Excelente ubicacion. El personal superarento y dispuesto a resolver todo tipo de dudas. Fui en febrero y volvi en mayo. Sin duda volveria a ir nuevamente

L’accueil est formidable, Mabel est très sympathique, souriante et serviable.
Sofia a été également très sympathique, réactive à nos diverses demandes, très arrangeante.
Nous étions 4, tout était parfait.
Si quelques remarques à faire, plus d’ustensiles de cuisine, de casseroles, poêle auraient été appréciables. Le couchage sur le canapé est à revoir, il vaudrait mieux pour le confort installer un canapé lit.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Ein später Check-in wurde ermöglicht. Die Nähe zum Strand, zum Supermarkt und zur Bushaltestelle. Alles nur eine Straße entfernt. Große Strandtücher, Stühle für den Strand und ein Sonnenschirm im Apartment. Auf der kleinen Terrasse mit ausreichend Schatten im hinteren Teil der Apartmentanlage konnten wir entspannt frühstücken und am Abend sitzen. Die Klimaanlage konnte verstellt werden und war leise. Obwohl wir im Erdgeschoss im Zimmer an der Eingangstür wohnten, fühlten wir uns sicher. Handtücher wurden ausgetauscht. Kleine Apartmentanlage.
Die Matratze empfanden wir als zu weich und das Bett wackelte. Die Eingangstür hörte man von unserem Apartment (4), hatten aber vorsorglich Ohrstöpsel dabei. Die Lautstärke im Haus war unterschiedlich, je nach Verhalten der Gäste. Nachts war es aber sehr ruhig.

Appartamento vicinissimo alla Miami Beach,bello spazioso,cucina grande ,ben attrezzata (anche se manca scolla pasta),camere grandi,aria condizionata ben funzionante,il personale gentile e molto disponibile,mi è piaciuto tanto. Avrei dato 10 come valutazione,ma abbiamo avuto un problema con il letto in una stanza. Eravamo in 2 coppie di adulti ed in una stanza era un divano corto,non apribile ed un materasso per terra. Se fosse stato semplicemente un divano normale apribile sarebbe stato perfetto.

Unkompliziert. Sauber aber wie schon in vorherigen Bewertungen benannt, ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bilder identisch mit der Wirklichkeit.
Sehr hellhörig. Zum Nachbarappartement gibt es eine Zwischentür, vor die ein Schrank geschoben wurde, so dass man am Leben der anderen Teil hat. Die Regendusche könnte mehr Druck haben, damit es nicht nur Nieselregen ist. Und leider gab es winzige Ameisen auf dem Tisch…..

Das Appartement war sauber und wurde zwischendurch gereinigt. Die Lage in der zweiten Straße hinter dem Strand ist gut.
Die Möbel und das genaue Gebäude haben ihre besten Zeiten schon hinter sich. Die Bilder hinterlassen einen Eindruck, den die Realität nicht halten kann. Kommunikation ist nur in spanisch möglich, mit Englisch kommt nur mit Übersetzungs-App weiter. Das Gebäude ist extrem hellhörig.

The apartment was clearly furnished recently so it was really nice and comfortable. The Publix Supermarket was only 5 minutes from the apartment and the buss/trolley station also about 5 minutes. The ride to South Miami took about 25-45 minutes, depending on the traffic. But the the trolley is free.
The beach, also, about 5 minutes, and, you have to go and see the sunrise, it was beautiful! They had a lounger and an umbrella at the apartment for you to use.
I'm not complaining because I got along very well but because the workers don't speak English, that might be a problem for some. But, you'll have the number of the owner and you can WhatsApp her and she'll answer quickly.
So, not a problem, just something you need to be aware of.

I loved the location of the property. The surrounding bars and cafes were interesting and the people friendly. The facilities included beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella which was amazing. Maribel met us and was very friendly. We booked an additional night through booking.com and Sophia, the manager was very happy to have them reimburse the additional cleaning fee. I would definitely go back and recommend.
There was no where to put clothes. The fridge was quite noisy.

The location of this place is very comfortable and practical. Opposite you can find a big public parking. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. There are diners and a supermarket nearby. The beach is 3 minutes on foot. Very fast check-in. Door opened by the code. Laundry available.

Location and value for money. Also the Mabel and her daughter are very kind.
I didn't like that the door slammed automatically. You had to wait for it to shut and then hold it in order to avoid slamming it. You could hear the door slamming in the morning. Not super loud as I was on the second floor but it can be improved.

The apartment is nicely located, 5 mins to the beach and near many nice restaurants. Easy check in and out.
Beds are pretty small so a couple will need to be separate. The room can be a bit cold if the tempreture plunge but it is very rare so would be no problem in summer time.

Great apartment. We traveled only as a couple so the apartment was maybe a little large for us. There was everything - almost fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle. There are two TVs, one in the bedroom, another one in the other room. AC was working well. The toilet also includes bidet. Parking spot is available right in front of the building, directly accessible from the street. We had it booked in advance, there are 2 spots available.
Really hard to say and I would have to think about only some miniscule issues. Maybe occasional ants present in the bathroom. The hostess did not speak English, only Spanish, but we actually had no problem with it.

Very clean, close to the beach, excellent coffee and restaurants in the area.
Our room was freezing cold, 68-70F. We could not warm up! As soon as we got to our room had to dress in long pants, thick hoodies. When we asked about increasing the temperature we were told it’s always that cold and temperature can’t be adjusted.

quiet place with nice green patio. Everything was clean and in a good shape. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mainly Spanish speaking neighborhood. Only one block away from the beach.
air condition is difficult to adjust. It takes a while to get by bus to lively south beach.
