Toilettes pas fixées correctement, vitres sales, pas de rideaux à la fenêtre qui donne sur un chantier (camions et lumières toute la nuit).

Personal war ok und Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel ist praktisch.

Zimmertüre hätte auch gegen Vorhang getauscht werden können. Wir haben jedes Wort von jedem Gast im Hotel gehört und verstanden. Sogar das Licht vom Gang hat uns geblendet. Die Betten sind eine absolute Katastrophe und das Badezimmer ist auch nicht gut.

Unique decor, very pretty lobby

The bugs in my room. Found at least 4 roaches. Brought it to the owners attention to which he replied “I’m not surprised” Tile floor was cracked. Black mold on the shower head. Overall felt really uncomfortable and nasty. The owner does not want to take responsibility for how his guests stay, how unclean it is. No responsibility whatsoever. He simply doses not care. It was hurtful and honestly a little depressing to myself and daughter who payed hard earned money to stay here. Shame on management.

Decent sized room, location, microwave, bar fridge, a full bath, mandarins on two mornings & (thankfully) clean sheets. Room attendants seemed lovely.

I'm not sure where to start as there were so many issues for the "hotel". This place is more like a hostel. For the price per night you got very little. However, it was thankfully better than some of the reviews. No drinking water was available. The shower/bath tap kept coming off. The bed was lumpy. Found a dead cockroach. A microwave & fridge with no mugs, plates or cuttlery. Noisy aircon but working at least. Housekeeping rules not advised, so missed getting new towels & floor mat. No toilet paper was left in the room after it was eventually cleaned. Fowl coffee and donuts in lobby. Crappy TV stations. Fan & curtains covered in thick dust.

El trato de una empleada en las noches, ella cree que te está haciendo un favor porque estés ahí alojado, sus formas al hablar muy feas, cero atención al cliente nos hizo sentir incómodos cuando nosotros somos respetuosos y educados, es una señora de más de 50 años con lentes, poca vocación de servicio, no hay una sonrisa ni un buenas noches, es una pena he ido en los ultimos.meses 2 veces a este hotel y creo q no vuelvo por el trato de esta señora.... Tengo una educación y valores que esta señora ni ha recibido, no entiendo siendo los demás tan amables como pueden tener alguien asi.... supongo q es porque no tienen a quien poner... una verdadera pesadilla encontrarte con ella... nos dieron ganas de irnos la primera noche.

I liked the fact it was close to the beach

I’m disgusted by the fact our room was not cleaned for our arrival, past customers wet towels on the floor (not removed) bathroom trash bin full (and over flowing onto the floor) of rubbish from previous guest, hairs on the floor in the bathroom and in our bed. When we went and told reception we were given 2 small towels and given bed sheets and told the change the bed ourselves, we also spoke to another gentleman about it who said the maid would come the following day (we were there for 2 nights) and clean it again for us but no one ever came. Very disappointing stay as it was my first time in Miami, i will not be back at this hotel. We spoke to a woman on reception as we were checking out and was told I would get a phone call/email about the room as she was not happy with the fact we were let in to this room and nothing be amended, but that was nearly a week ago now and I’ve heard nothing back.

it was not clean, they don't have even a blanket, and they don't have a simple heater because the time I was there it was really cold there so I got cold, all in all, they are not organized as a hotel.

AC works.

I was traveling from Curaçao and had a really bad service, so I needed juat one night in Miami to go further. booked it without even looking at pictures (they were not loading). This is the most hideous hotel I have been staying. I blame myself for this. The bed isn't comfortable. The rooms are dated and smelled funny but I think that's because of humidity and AC was off when I got there. I wish I took pictures of the room but didn't think about it.

great location. close to the beach. the biggest plus is free parking. in this place for this money you will not get anything better.. I recommend
