We kwamen laat aan en werden in een donkere kleine kamer gezet, volgende dag gevraagd of we een andere kamer konden krijgen want dit was niet de beleving die wij verwachten om in Miami Beach te verblijven. Meteen netjes geholpen en konden s'middags naar een mooie ruime kamer verblijven waar we heel erg blij van werden. We hielden van de golfer service naar de beach!

When we checked in the unhelpful and not friendly man at reception told us we'd been upgraded. We went to the room and it wasn't an upgrade in our opinion, adjacent to the pool so busy with people and not private. We had booked a superior King room. There were two small double beds in the room but it was clearly not ready. They then got some staff to finish the housekeeping of the room. When we finally got inside we then found that the lights didn't work properly by the bathroom (it controlled the lights for all the room) A technician / maintenance man arrived and showed us that the light switch by the bed worked but we were correct that the bathroom light switch did not work. I said this isn't acceptable and we would like the room we booked. I went back to reception and they said there's nothing wrong with the lights and we can't move you to another room (or the room we booked) as this was the last room. I said this wasn't acceptable and we will book another hotel. The man on reception had no customer skills whatsoever.

The restaurant on property was super Instagram vibes! Very cute! Staff & Customer service was exceptional! The aesthetic of the hotel was very beautiful! Location was great! less then a block away from a 24 hours pharmacy OVERALL it was an amazing stay, we really did enjoy it!

La ubicación, el hotel es bonito y muy limpio.

El ascensor no estaba en funcionamiento, tiene poco personal, no nos dieron coctel de cortesía y a otros huéspedes si. La piscina tiene horario limitado.

Personnel vraiment gentil, emplacement top (ni trop près ni trop loin de Ocean Drive), un supermarché à 200m, piscine chauffée et plage à proximité avec transat gratuit pour les personnes séjournant à l'hôtel. La décoration de l'hôtel très végétalisée vraiment magnifique, lits confortables, déjeuner très copieux.

Déjeuner très cher et service assez long. Aucun membre du personnel ne parle français malgré de nombreux touristes français à Miami donc parfois un peu compliqué lorsqu'on ne parle pas très bien anglais ou pas du tout espagnole

Un établissement à taille humaine dans un style à la fois moderne et art déco. La piscine et son patio sont juste magnifiques. L’hôtel est très bien situé, tout peu se faire à pied. À recommencer sans hésitation.

Certaines chambres sont un peu sombres.

High charges for coffee in the room. Tea is available but no water boiler - one needs to use water from the coffee machine - this is nothing you should pay any money for and they are charging usd 5 if I’m not mistaken for that which for any tea drinker would be absurd. Breakfast is expensive. Our room didn’t get cleaned last day because they were busy and left it until the end of the housekeepers shift and we needed to get ready for the dinner. Front desk out of their breath during the holidays (probably understaffed)

The decor was stunning

Staff quite cold, the room amenities whilst look fabulous they do need more attention to detail. No dressing table, lack of sockets, no hooks for the towels in the bathroom. Paper thin walls, could hear guests upstairs and outside (we had the pool side room). For what it cost I would have expected more tbh.

Le charme d’un petit hôtel très cosy et joliment décoré . L’espace autour de la piscine est charmant , calme loin de l’ambiance survoltée des gros hôtels. L’hôtel dispose de transats / parasols à la plage , indispensable l’été

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location was excellent, even though it's not right on the beach, they had chairs and umbrellas right at the waterfront. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the poolside food was delicious.

The only downside was that the pool was quite small and always crowded, but that's not the hotel's fault, and fortunately, we could go to the beach instead.

I like the decoration of the resort. It's very cozy and relaxing.

The issue I had was the additional fees added after I booked. That all rooms only had one bathroom which was very inconvenient for even a small group of us.

I liked the pool and the staff. I can recommend this hotel as a very nice and stylish place.

The property was so clean, it’s pretty, it smelled good everyday. The staff was very friendly.

I liked everything about the property. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

This property is quiet and well kept but the staff will charge your card double sometimes because they are incompetent in analyzing payment or asking for verification of payment before unknowing charging your card. I’m not sure if I would have caught this if I didn’t have to send money. So who knows how many people have been double charged and not realized.

Loved the look and feel of the hotel. It was very chic and modern and gave the feeling that you were staying at an exclusive hotel. The bed was comfortable

The elevator was not always functional. However, the hotel is a low rise building so getting up and down was not too much of a hassle. The facilities did not open late such as the lobby bar, restaurant and pool. The room was a bit smaller than we would have liked

The poolside room was amazing, the room itselfvery spacious, comfortable and clean. Hotel is very nice, pool is amazing, nice little gym. Restaurant has everything . Near by coffee at Joe & Juice was good. Beach is close.

The scent as you enter is enticing! Property is close to the beach and plenty of eateries. And the poolside option is nice for a break away from the sun.

Housekeeping should replenish amenities or have them in storage for after hour requests. We were missing bath slippers and a tea kettle.

The hotel was a short walk from the beach and staff was friendly and professional.

The bar and restaurant close early compared to other restaurants in the area. also, there are no designated parking areas so you must pay for valet parking.
