J ai payé une chambre 330€ car il y avait une piscine privée sur notre terrasse.
Quelle surprise en arrivant ! Pas d eau dans cette piscine privée ! Hors service pour cause de secheresse !
Je n ai pas été informé ! Je n aurais jamais pris cettr chambre à ce prix là si j avais su pour la piscine.
Pourtant à la reservation c etait bien marqué : "piscine privée avec la photo"
Rien ne disait qu elle serait hors service.
Je n ai pas été indemnisé
Un scandale
Quant au restaurant, une honte pour la qualité, le cadre, le quantitatif et un prix de gastro ! 147€ avec 2 verres pour 2..

La vue est juste magnifique. Un personnel au top. La propreté est nickel. Un SPA au top bien propre chaud et grand. Tout est parfait 🥰. Pour une fois les photos correspondent très à ce qu’on trouve même c plus beau en vrai. J’y retournerai avec plaisir.

The AC did not work and the elevator stopped working also which was not a problem until we were checking out and had to carry our suitcases down the stairs

The food was excellent and the hotel offered all the amenities for a great stay. I especially loved the option of the three pools and the spa area was very nice. The views to the ocean from the balcony were amazing.

We were only there one night and it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The staff was professional and helpful. Dinner was excellent.
The location can not be beat!
Architecturally, the hotel's property, rooms and overall facility is amazing!

This hotel in Gava is so convenient to the airport. it is such a pleasing and relaxing stay. The staff are great. And the beach is lovely! The facilities are fantastic for such an intimate hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The open glass shower room design was a little avant- guard for this 58 year old. But, it certainly is pretty.

I liked the fact that the rooms are spacious, direct access to the beach and the rooftop pool
when I checked in, there were 2 private events. I couldn’t use the beach club nor have direct access to the beach. I also couldn’t have lunch upon arrival and I was starving!
this wasn’t communicated in advance to me. that was extremely disappointing. I wish somebody could’ve picked up the phone and told me what was happening or even sent an email

very luxurious stay. The room is perfect. stayed in the room facing beach with private pool and could not fault the room and view. very close to airport and 30 min from Barcelona. Facilities 10/10: spa access, gym and infinity rooftop pool

this is a beautiful property right on the Mediterranean Sea. The food at I’m just the restaurant is fantastic and the rooms are very spacious. The pool and spa also outstanding.
there was a huge Barcelona football club party the night we stayed so the restaurant was closed which was a bit disappointing but beyond their control.

I enjoyed the breakfast it was excellent.
I couldn’t sleep the last two nights at the hotel due to lights not turning off, so we had to sleep with it on.

Hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and all staff were welcoming and helpful.
The open bath/shower. it looked beautiful, there were no shower operating instructions, not even hot or cold on taps . We like our showers/baths to be out of view of the main sleeping area.
