Victoria and Les were fantastic hosts, very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was clean, spacious, bright comfortable and had everything we needed. 1 minute walk to a lovely swimming pool and tennis court on the complex. 2 minute walk to shops, 5 mins to bars and restaurants. Lots to do in the area I wouldn't hesitate to book again 👌

Comfort and Cleanliness were above expectations

We could not communicate with the hosts in normal terms, we had a very stressful vacation caused by their lack of understanding on how illegal and privacy violation could be surveillance cameras installed in all rooms including bedrooms. The camera inside, at the entrance sees even the entrance of the bathroom while we washed our hands. Cameras are illegal in guests houses and there is no disclaimer mentioning them inside (bedrooms over the bed) while those are not allowed on booking either - pictures attached. Would have been a neutral situation, let's say, if hosts would have been eager to shut them down during our stay. Instead, they threatened to charge us on any damage that we might have caused by extracting the batteries for the one in the main bedroom. I should mention that we traveled with our 3yo son, just imagining having cameras everywhere inside with both video and audio enabled. We preferred not to call the police to still have a vacation while the costs for such a vacation were big and was a disappointment because we had to stay there under such a stress.

Very clean and well equipped.

Costa del Silencio is not the cleanest of places, a lot of dogs mess and litter.

This east facing terrace house -situated on a newish build-up residentiual/holiday area- is lovingly furnished and equipped with EVERYTHING you would need. And it's of good quality, e.g. the mattrasses and pillows. And Victoria and Lázlov have been VERY friendly and helpful. Lázlov even fetched us from and brought us to the airport for less than half the taxi price.

UNFORTUNATELY there have been disappointments: -the view from the main windows/doors are more than half blocked by unmovable shutters -the address indicates a dead-end road, but the house itself is situated on the small thoroughfare so it's rather noisy. -The nearest nice beach is about 40 minutes away on bus. -the biggest disappointment, though, has been the so-called sea view, underlined by the picture.The picture turned out to be not of the sea at all but of the swimming pool which is a row of houses away from this place, anyway. The sea view itself is a 10 metre gap between other rows of houses.

excellent apartment with everything what could be possibly needed and in a perfect order - from kitchenware and appliances, to beach towels, to tennis rackets. Nice apartment complex with swimming pool and tennis court, good location

We received a very warm welcome by the hosts. The appartment was large, comfortable and clean. Every possible comfort was provided.
