Location was absolutely perfect. The beach felt private, the staff was sweet and helpful, our apartment was gorgeous and homey. We truly didn’t want to leave.

My host was an absolute gem. I received a check-in message and a check-out email, explaining what is expected from me as a guest. Even though I appreciate this is not always possible, I was allowed to check in earlier since my flight arrived early my apartment was available. The apartment was super clean, and well equipped. The wi-if worked well, it had beach towels and even a cooler box to use for the beach! The kitchen had bare essentials such as salt, pepper, coffee for a few cups, some sugar etc. to see you through until your first food shop which is very thoughtful. I had a great time staying here and will do so again.

The security at the front never greeted once. Not on arrival, leaving or any time in between. I appreciate that there role is the security of the building but as they are also the only contact person at reception, a friendly approach will do a lot for your guests overall experience. When the security guard checked me in, he asked me various standard questions without smiling once or making eye contact. How a guest is made to feel on arrival and upon leaving is very important. A security guard who is kind and friendly does not surrender his authority.

how close it is to the beach and restaurants.

The room looked old and not taken care. Not worth the money you pay. Very Disappointed.

The shower was either super hot or super cold, no in between.

Extremely clean unit, great location near the beach, Peter cares about us having a good experience.

The bathroom could use some updates, but usable without issue. There was construction in the unit next to ours that woke us up and bothered us throughout the day on Monday.

This Oceanside apartment was perfect for our after cruise wind down. It’s right on the strip of condado close to plenty of excellent restaurants. The apartment is clean, comfortable and very quiet. There are all sorts of nice touches like the laundry deterrent, sponge, dish soap. Peter, the contact person, was very easy to work with and quick to respond to all contacts. I would highly recommend this apartment for a lovely beach getaway!

We didn’t use the pool as it looked in need of some cosmetic enhancements (I.e good clean and repair).

We had a kitchenette so we made our own breakfasts. Ocean Breeze lived up to its name, because we could open the windows wide, we didn't use the AC, only at bedtime and then we set it at 74 degrees. We stayed at a different cabana 5 years ago so we knew about the property, I did laps in the big pool, read books from the library, walked the beach, the surf was a tad rough so only swan in it 3 times. We've been to Puerto Rico alot so we know our way around. Even been all over the island. We love it here, so we will be back!

The glass sliding door of the closet, on the right, was stuck, not a big deal for us, but its where the beach chairs are kept.

The only I didnot like from this place that it doesnt include parking, they charge you separate, for very high cost.

Love the close proximity to the beach and beach just steps away, very quiet, great neighborhood, security staff was very nice, the store employees were great, and we were very comfortable. Washer and dryer were a bonus left with all of our clothes clean.

Just needed some dish soap and the controller for the other ac fixed. Besides that we loved it just kept the door open from the main room to keep it cool.
