Chk-in ella le hice varias preguntas y no sabía nada, pensé que tenía hambre y le pregunté y me dijo q le había faltado es respeto, y fue al contrario, ella fue un poco intolerante, le dije no quiero tu servicio me fui a la fila nuevamente y la otra empleada me trató bien y contestó todas mis preguntas..agradecida

Beautiful pool and pool area. The staff were very friendly. I loved the restaurant and Cafe. The live entertainment at night was great. Very convenient and close (walking distance) to beach, food, 💃 🕺 dancing. I'm already trying to re-book for same hotel!! There were 9 of us in total.

Me gustó el aspecto del hotel, la piscina y el desayuno. Los empleados son muy amables y buscan que los huéspedes se sientan bien.

Es un poco costoso, la piscina deben de limpiarla un poco mas. No pude disfrutar de la playa ya que mi familia es de cinco personas y solamente nos ofrecieron cuatro sillas y una sombrilla.

Delicious Breakfast, it reminds me to an all inclusive hotel. A 24/7 supermarket just around the corner you can go walking. The beach is like 10mints walking , and the hotel provides umbrella , chair, and towel in the beach for free is complementary for the hotel guest. The pool area is amazing, also the hotel has 3 restaurants which are very good.

I didn't like the fact that when I called the day before my arrival I was told that my reservation couldn't be found, that this happens often. At check in I was given 2 double beds, not a king bed which was originally reserved. The bottom of the bathtub in the room was stained,it looked like it had not been cleaned .

great customer service; chef made excellent breakfast. Once issue bought to their attention it was handled. quickly. I loved the pool area with great bartenders at outside bar.

Coffee cup had lipstick on it; Outside women's bathroom had NO water coming out sink to wash hands. The room had old curtains with stains. The carpet had stains as well. Electrical plugs were lose and adapters were not charging. Toilet in room was not working properly; had to hold it down to flush and the hinge fell off the toilet seat. Towels were very hard like sandpaper and old!

The breakfast was really good, a lot of varieties. The omelettes were excellent. The staff was excellent and Friendly.

Hotel is old and in dire need of a renovation. Dirty old carpet and furniture, scraped up and dirty bathtub and overall just pretty dismal. Way below expectations especially with the insane price tag of $347 for one night. Would not do again.

The hotel is nice and I liked the location, the restaurants, casino, and the staff were awesome. Dry walkable area.The beach is 8 minutes away. The staff makes it worth staying with such great attitudes. And it is very pretty on the inside.

The price of the rooms were too expensive. The rooms need upgrades. The full beds should not be the standard size but queens. The bathtub was rusted and paint coming off. The carpet were heavily stained.The rooms are older but need a little help.

Excelente personal, su servicio y amabildad están en lo máximo. Me encantó el desayuno, el jacuzzi, la cascada de la piscina, la sala del cuarto, el agua caliente de la bañera y la piña colada. Me gusta que los elevadores tengan cristal para observar mientras se usan.

Pensé que tenía acceso directo a la playa y tiendas de traje de baño y cosas para piscina. No tenían máquinas de café con variedad como French vanilla capuchino, etc. el Happy Our ofrecido a los clientes cierra muy temprano.

La prima camera assegnata aveva il bagno sporco con evidenti tracce sul water. Per fortuna ci è stata data un'altra camera in quanto non era possibile intervenire per pulire la prima. La colazione era un pò scadente e aprendo una confezione di cereali erano presenti larve e muffa che avevano ormai prodotto i moscerini. Per un hotel di questo livello e fascia di prezzo il bagno è ridicolmente "antico" e scadente: niente doccia ma tenda di dubbia fattura nella vasca scrostata e con rubinetti arrugginiti.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen und das Casino im Hotel. Das interne Restaurant ist empfehlenswert, sofern man gerne Fisch ist. Die Band im Casino hat einen Flair verleiht. Direkt um die Ecke ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum, welches Tag und Nacht geöffnet hat.

Die Zimmer könnten mal überholt werden, da es schon ein älteres Gebäude ist.
