The apartment is perfectly situated. It's very central with lots of bars and restaurants and coffee shops close by. The view of table mountain is amazing. The basement parking provided was also very secure. Loved the stay her, will definitely come back

The bathroom light works on a sensor so the light goes off while taking a shower since the sensor doesn't pick up movement then.

Very comfortable room, has everything you need for longer stay. Great wifi, great living room area.

Its not a holiday place, some people live in the same building but many people rent out air bnb, Just expect more of a living type accomadtion compared to a hotel.

I have to start this with the view. The view out of the balcony was truly incredible. Staring right at table mountain every morning made leaving that much harder. The apartment was very comfortable and in a superb location. Security was great and we felt completely at home. We enjoyed using the kitchen as well for preparing meals at home. The rooftop braai area was amazing!

The facial recognition was being set up in the elevator after we had checked in so one of the elevators occasionally wouldn’t go because our faces weren’t in the system, but we were leaving two days later so I’m really digging deep for this one. Had we stayed longer beyond the upgrade, it would not have been an issue and we would have taken care of it. It is a great security feature, however.

The light in the bathroom is on a very short timer so frequently lights went out mid shower. You just need to wave your arms outside the shower cubicle. Had to wait for the representative to come to property to let us in

The apartment is great. The location is very central and convenient for getting to Waterfront and Greenpoint stadium. The security staff are super helpful and professional

Quinton from ITC made us wait almost an hour to check in. We were tired after travelling and this was not appreciated, especially after we had informed him 1 hour prior to our arrival time, what time we would meet him there. The security staff, notably, George, assisted us to check in even though it isn't their job. However we couldn't get into the apartment as we needed the code from Quinton. The day after our arrival we met a couple in the lobby who had a similar waiting time to check in. The apartment is 5 stars but service from ITC gets a zero from us.

صراحه الي عجبني فيها كل المستلزمات المطبخ موجوده والغساله والأكواب صابون الغسيل . شي مهم الامن فيها جدا عالي وعندها كوفي فيدا يجننن … فيها مواقف سيارات

ما فيها شطاف + مساحتها صغيره نوعا ما + بعض اصوات السيارات في الليل …

Alles aanwezig op compacte oppervlakte. Mooi uitzicht op de Tafelberg.

Op deze locatie durfde ik als vrouw niet alleen op straat lopen, dan maar mijn man naar de bakker gestuurd 🤪 (is wel aangesproken geweest)
